Good, I stayed home...I did the whole black friday thing once and that was enough for me... how about yours?
We didn't either. Talked about it last night but then this morning decided not to wake the baby. DH had to work or I'd have maybe gone out on my own. Kept thinking all day I might venture out, but decided not to try and fight the masses w/ a stroller.

So a few friends and I just got back from Target's 2-day sale, at which I had hoped to buy a Casio keyboard w/ stand at an advertised $50 (normally $100). I figured I could make room in my dorm, and since it was only $50, I also realized how much I was going through keyboard withdrawals. Anyway, I go to the back of the store where the keyboards are and, sure enough, all of them are gone, including in the back storage room. A little dejected, I walked back to the main entrance... where by sheer luck, I saw someone returning the same keyboard set, unopened, because their grandkid already had one and she didn't know. That, combined with a Target card I had no idea I had, essentially let me purchase an out-of-stock sale item for $3.

"I've got a Golden Ticket..."

It's deal day out there, let me tell you! I went to bath & body works for something more for my shower gift bag and their hand sanitizer was 5 for $5 so it was $40.00 for them right...but...I had a $10.00 coupon and then I had a $25.00 gift card an aunt sent me for my Birthday except I can't use Bath & Body works stuff cause they cause bayberry to amplify their scents and I'm deadly allergic to them, so I got 45 of them for $12.70! :sohappy: Then I went to the mall and stopped at pier 1 and they had their $5.00 soap on sale for $.25:eek: Needless to say :eek:I got those as well 40 of them for $11.00..needless to say I did my gift bags with flower seeds, soap, hand sanitizer, a candy cane and hershey kisses! I have 10 left to do, I had to do 40, but my back was bothering me sitting in that straight back chair!

But how are we this evening?

Wow, that's great. I need to find deals like that for family members I like to get a little something for.
