Disney vacation people are a different breed. We'd rather give our $30 to Disney for a bus ride then to MEARS, and that is exactly what Disney is counting on after the initial FREE period passes.

But since MEARS is being contracted out to provide the buses being used, then at least a portion of that money would be going to MEARS anyway.

I'm sure there will bugs in the system, as with all things, but this looks like a generally hassle-free solution.

Not to mention a bone thrown by WDW management to make you keep spending money in the parks for longer!

Yup... those are VanHool C2045 coaches. Not particularly fond of the window wrap though. They'll cover too much of the real window, impacting on passenger view.

That’s because Disney doesn’t want you to see the other places between the airport and WDW property that you can visit while in Orlando.

Has anyone heard how they are going to handle luggage. We usually arrive late at night, sometimes after the parks have closed. Will our luggage travel with us to our resort or will it arrive later that night or even the next morning? Just wondering. With all the new airline restrictions about what you can carry on, it is hard to pack a thorough overnight bag! (at least for me) We are looking to go in Oct or Nov. Hopefully they will have some of the kinks worked out.
