The drop on Pirates is 52.5 feet. The drop on Splash is 52.5 feet. I know it's the pirates at either WDW or DL. Which one, I'm not really sure. It seems shorter because it is pitch black and you can't see how far you are dropping. Besides, if it isnt't equalthen how big is it? You obviously know if you know that it is not that big.

Indeed, I do. It's a 14 foot drop, according to AllEars.Net (http://allearsnet.com/tp/mk/mk_pirates.htm). Even without that verification, it's quite obvious just from riding it.

No worries! Though, as stated above, the DL drop still pails in comparison to Splash, from what I've been told.
