I feel like they'll probably just end up bringing Mad T Party back to promote the new movie in may. Hopefully I'm wrong though, I find the Alice in Wonderland theme kinda boring.

I can already hear the screams if this happened, but honestly from a thematic perspective The Mad T Party would make more sense in Fantasyland than in Hollywoodland.

I don't typically worry about the theme of these. I just pass it off as a night time offering like WOC or the fireworks or something. It would be cool if they fit Hollywoodland though. A Roger Rabbit one with the Ink and Paint club could be cool.

Well, it's dependent on alcohol sales, which obviously wouldn't fly in Fantasyland. Add in crippling nighttime crowd issues because of Forever and PTN, and Fantasyland is out.

Besides, the beautiful thing about Hollywood Land is that anything goes! Movies are made in Hollywood, and this is from a movie! It works! ;)

At least the Shangahi version for Alice In Wonderland at least looks more appealing despite it being the Tim Burton version.

I love the Ink and Paint club idea.

On that subject, I find it interesting that they went with the remake for that attraction. Never expected a live action version to get the edge over the original film.

Dependent?

Videopolis drew up to 2,000 people per night without alcohol sales. Hard to imagine those kinds of crowds didn't have a significant impact on repeat visits and guest spending.

I think it's a safe bet that if there wasn't a DCA these thematic nighttime parties would probably be shoehorned into DL somehow.

Yep, although Mad T Party does predate PTN.
