Lizzie McGuire's BFF pleas guilty for meth possession.

The girl who played Hilary Duff's BFF on the hit show "Lizzie McGuire" pled guilty to possession of crystal meth last year -- but managed to keep the whole thing under wraps.

Lalaine Vergara Paras, who played Miranda Sanchez on the Disney Channel show, was popped back in July and charged with felony possession of methamphetamine. But before the plea there was lots of drama. Paras was a no-show for a court appearance and the judge issued a $50,000 bench warrant for her arrest -- but it was recalled when she showed up in February.

Paras pled guilty to the crystal meth charge, but her record will be expunged when she completes a drug-treatment program. She's enrolled in the Asian American Drug Abuse Program.

Calls to Lalaine's reps were not returned.

Looks to me like just another classic case of the Disney victim complex exhibited by many posters on this site...anytime the name "Disney" is mentioned in an article regarding a crime or an accident, the people with victim complexes all rush up to whine about how the big evil media is out to get the Disney company.

Well it WAS in wdw news because i think when Miley Cyrus had those "racy pics" they were there.

Wow this is crazy! It seems like all of the Disney girls turn into bad girls. First Britney, then Lindsay, and even Miley recently had those racy photos revealed.

I think what people aren't thrilled about is that this apparently happened a year ago and Disney chooses to still have her work for them because it didn't get out into the media - hence the WDW photo.

They'd rather Disney fired the little druggie rather then pay for her to visit WDW.
