Okay, lots to comment on here, so let's get to it...
-First off, overall, it seems to me like they're still working on things. Several reasons why, all of which I'll elaborate on.
-I hate to say it, but I don't think the new lighting is going to be doing any changing. I never saw any colors change. Different sections seem to be different colors, and I think they're working on it section by section each night, from what I've gathered from the videos I've watched. The station is purple, out the station up to the Progress City tunnel is red, Mickey's Star Traders up to in and out of Space Mountain to just past where the track diverges is all blue, most of the track to and past the Carousel of Progress is white at the moment, and I think the rest of the way was red. It seemed like more of the track was white in the videos that have been posted, leading me to think that they're working on it night by night.
-The words 'WORKING FOR YOU' were not lit above Progress City.
-As reported, no Mr. Johnson.
-I think the Space Mountain spiel is off.
-Inside, no music, but the background chatter (please remain seated, etc.) is on, barely audible.
-Also a noticeable change from the posted videos, the post-show below is blocked more now.
-Here's your real evidence of further work being done, I don't think I've seen anyone post this yet. BEHOLD!

-I get the impression that they'll have to close the TTA again before the Space refurb is over. Just a feeling.
-I have no idea what Martin is taking about with a new staircase or whatever.
-The Skyway restrooms are totally gutted.
-There was no new music anywhere, it was all just the standard Tomorrowland BGM in all the right places (Progress City and Buzz tunnels, etc.).
-My first time around, it went down just as I was coming back into the station. Each time a train pulled in, it would run into the one in front of it, rougher and rougher every time, and finally stopped. They tried starting it back up, they moved, and then an even rougher collision. They got it going again, cycled it a couple of times, and reopened it. What I thought was cool was that all of the new lights faded to white when the ride stopped, essentially becoming the work lights. Then, once restarted, they changed back to their respective colors.

And I think I've covered everything I noticed. If I remember more, I'll post it, of course, but otherwise that's the end of my update tonight!

I noticed it in the video.

Sign?

Exciting.

Old Logo?

Looks less than exciting. Alludes to the same old same old space mountain.

Another observation- some of the show effects lighting is still on around the lift hill, like the 'burn' of the rockets, and the orange grating along the sides.

Maybe they're still finalizing the new logo?

Excellent update. I am almost positive the new LEDs will be making magic for years. Too much potential to not use all the possibilities. I'd be suprised if we don't get literally dozens of different programs as time passes. And we will have pet names for all of them. :)

Epcot upgrades get better by the day. Looks like they are really rushing things to have them ready for the 25th celebrations!!! But wait....:lookaroun...ummm.....scratch that.

The new railings really clash with the tarps! What to do?

I don't see what this obsession with removing the stage is all about. Where will they have the ceremony for EPCOT's 50th?

By the time EPCOT's 50th rolls around, they'll be able to hold the ceremony on a floating hover-stage populated with hard-light holograms... :D

I also forgot to add that there was a single short section of green lighting just before the Carousel of Progress.

-I have no idea what Martin is taking about with a new staircase or whatever.
You can see the bottom of it just below your still frame of the coming soon poster inside SM... they way I see it, the solid walls above the load area are the new sides of the permenant roofing - the plexiglass walls are gone from this area. There is a CM walkway between the 2 of the load area roofs, crossing the TTA track where the poster is. The staircase goes from the old TTA tunnel roof (where you come out of the postshow view into the mountain and turn right) onto the new walkway.

As for the Plaza railings... I`ve not been so excited since they repainted Energy. Geeks unite! They look great. Let the central spine loving continue...

And I`ll see it all for myself on Friday. Must apologise to Michelle now for the photos of railings and shrubs I`ll be taking. Better than walls and doorways :D

Ooooooooooooohhhhhhhh... I'd thought you'd been talking about something just outside of Space Mountain. Yeah, I definitely noticed that stuff.

I know, right?! In a way, it's almost more exciting, because it's a totally new design element that I think fits the tone of EPCOT Center perfectly. I just hope it will age well. I think it will.

Man, it'd be a blast going around the park with you, picking your brain on everything.
