For the Rivers Of America, who's depth ranges betwen 6 and 12 feet, there have been 2 Hulls with 3 names.

Hull# 1
The Joe Fowler
Hull #2
Richard F. Irvine
Liberty Belle

So yes there have been 3 named boats, but there were never named 3 at the same time, nor where there ever 3 hulls built.

There are however 3 MK Ferryboats that currently carry the names of Adm. Joe Fowler, Richard F. Irvine, and Gen. Joe Potter

I want to point out that the Liberty Belle and the Current Joe Fowler both carry a liferaft from the original Joe Fowler. Word has it that the Hull of the original Joe Fowler cracked in half and was completely destroyed while on a crane, being lifted into dry-dock backstage. I do think that the Previous Joe Fowler was smaller than the current Liberty Belle.

Actually the Liberty Belle carries a "life ring" from the Richard F. Irvine. There are no rafts attached to the Riverboats (unless they are in tow). The life ring is not carried in sight of the guests, or really the crew for that matter unless you go looking for it. Then again it is a paddlewheeler, not a paddle boat so you can't see the oar in plain sight either.

The two boats built off of hull #2 (L. Belle / Fowler) are the same size and design barring current changes to the front chains/railings. The Joe Fowler (Hull #1) was built off designs of the Mark Twain at Disneyland.
