The Liberty Belle is at the dry docks at the back of Bay Lake. And yes, that is a swing bridge.
For those interested here's some aerials of the dry dock area at the North end of Bay Lake.

As as side note the two boats with brown roofs. I believe these are the Magic Kingdom I and Magic Kingdom II that were/are used for the Pirate Adventure Cruises around Bay Lake/Seven Seas Lagoon. Maybe even the fireworks cruise packages also.

Yep. They are two of the former Discovery River Boats from Animal Kingdom that have been repurposed.

Those boats will be used as part of resort transportation from time to time as well if one of the other boats is in refurb or something like that.

Since a lot of visitors to the World are out-of-towners, maybe Disney should give them a cautionary heads up that the property was built on swampland and the swamp dwellers are still there, but you are safe within Disney as long as you follow the park rules and restrictions.

Agreed. There are an estimated 1.25 million alligators in the state of Florida. Since Central Florida is in a middle of a swamp there is bound to be one or two that sneak into the park areas. When we would fly down before living in Florida we have seen a couple Gators sunning themselves on the MCO runways.
