letter to roy disney

well i just completed my 3rd letter to disney upper mgt today.
first to michael eisner second to al weiss.
both times have gottten positive responses and this time i expect the same.
i know roy is the vice chairman of the board with eisner actually having more power but i felt he still has enough power to influence the board of directors.
i wrote a very professional letter to roy stating how much disney has been a part of my life and how much even today i repsect the company very much.i laid out a detailed list if issues i felt that needed to be addressed.
i dont like shorter hours or closing of attractions but my main concern was the upkeep of all the parks.
i listed them in order and in great detail and let him know i am one of many that feel the same.
i hope i hit his heart strings a little by bringing up his uncle walt disney would be very sad at the state of affairs at wdw now.

no dude, fievel has made no threats to you. you kind of did it to yourself. i'm sure that if your comments were made in person, we would be able to hear the sarcasm in your tone of voice.

but guess what! this is a computer! and as such, you kind of need to think of what you say before you decide to flap your gums (or fingers) and say it. :hammer: think about it for a second. everything that is written on a computer or a message board is taken literally. why? because ON A COMPUTER THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TONE OF VOICE THAT WE CAN USE IN A CONVERSATION! :brick: so maybe instead of thinking you're mr. funny man, you should think about what you say and the way you write it! even if you said it sarcastically, it would not have been funny! jokes or "sarcasms" such as yours written previously in this post are heinous and cruel, and therefore are not called for! so maybe the next time you think you're being funny or sarcastic, just think about the medium in which your message is being transmitted. maybe next time it would do you some good to just zip it!:zipit:

well flick-just to let u know i hand wrote my letter and my wife typed it and sent it for me.
i would hate to see u tell her she cant spell being she has a
BA in english and working on her masters .

ill be the first one to say i cant type -oh well!

and do u really think a ceo of a major company like disney is saying "well this guy spends thousands of dollars a year at our parks but who cares because he forgot to put a comma in the sentance"???????????
