You know what Flick? I'll give you a reason, a reason even you can't dispute. The remarks you made were either poorly intended or very poorly worded. If you'd know anything about internet message boards, you'd know that most boards are mostly fighting. The reason being that they are unmoderated. Please take in mind, that if you would come after me "in a court of justice", we could just as easily come after you for slander and discrimination for the way you talked to Maria. Usually when somebody angers me I'll just tell them to shut up or just go away. The fact that you were a racist (and don't even try to deny that) really ed me off. I would never actually physically harm anybody, but I'd like to a lot of things to a lot people. All I've stated is what I'd like to do. I have that right.
Also, when building your little leagal case, with your "Junior Lawyer Playset" that this board is not based in this country, so I hope you are well schooled in international law. I also hope you're ready to spend a lot of money if you are not bluffing (which i think you are). You'll need a lawyer and you'll have to pay him plenty to cut through all the red tape. Take in mind that the internet is public domain, and all are allowed to speak their mind and state their opinions. This is also a privately owned website. So if you think you know how to cut through all the red tape, I say why stop there...you could go after the Neo-Nazis, KKK, Black Panthers, etc, for their beliefs they state on their website (which, by the way, give reason for KILLING people). Also, if you think you can make me go broke trying to stop you, try again. My best friend is a lawyer who has and will give me free legal service.
So, while you are sitting there with your crayons drawing picutres of me hanging from a short rope, take in mind that everything you've just said means a whole lot of nothing for one simple reason: Free speech. I'm going to say what I want, and you can say what you want.
All in all, even if you did succeed in getting something filed against me after getting through the red tape, any judge worth his robe would dismiss it as "frivilous" because I was never in any position to harm you. So i suggest you offer one hell of an apology to myself and everyone else that you have offended on this board before we revoke your membership.
