Yeah, Bri. I could not believe what I saw after Damon went down. Completely classless by that young fool behind the dugout. I'm glad they dragged his dumb behind out of the stadium. I guess he forgot that Johnny spent some time in Oakland and is one of the nicest guys in the game..........

Maybe we Sox fans will say your team s.u.c.k.s but we know better than to heckle someone after there's been an injury.

Heckling is one thing...and rooting for your team and putting your opponents down is just good fun...there should be no harm in ANY of it...and no matter who it is...you should not "cheer" ANYONE getting injured...especially at the extent of Damon...this was all going on and he was still unconcious...VERY classless.

It was okay to have a truce with you when you're playing a DIFFERENT team and I could root for you because there is no other team I would rather face in this upcoming series and take it from more...than the Yankees...but...how do you expect me to root for your team now??? (I guess I can still have a TRUCE with you...but don't expect any "congrats" hehe)

Now...this whole "curse" thing...did it show it's ugly head last night by knocking Damon out of the game????

I'm not asking you to root for the Yankees (it would probably kill you anyway). Lets just take the high road. No nastiness.

And I don't believe in "the curse".

I've been thinking actually lol...

What would happen if the Red Sox DID win the World Series??? (sorry for using "if" I meant to say "when" )

Us Sox fans will have nothing left  We survive on the letdowns year after year it seems hehe

And who won that series back in 1918? Remember what they say about payback Brian!! A Cubs/Red Sox series would almost be too much.

I've already reserved my seat at Fridays with all the local Massholes for the ALCS :D

now excuse me.. I think it's time to buy a new cap.. the old one is starting to smell

Nah, man! You know how it goes: don't wash/change the cap if you're winning or until the end of the year. It's not sweat, it's passion.

It's at least going in the wash... lol. I want my Navy Blue and Bright ______ red to look their best for my Fridays sessions...

off topic sorta... how much is the Mass DMV charging for a Red Sox plate? I'm not even kidding when I say the entire parking lot at Fridays was packed with them.

It's gonna be a war-zone at Fridays soon... all of the "Noo Yoikahs' and the massholes there... lol.

Hey, if it came down to a Cubs/Red Sox series...I would be happy for either team...the Cubs deserve a win...as do the Red Sox.

Actually, shouldn't you be a wee bit happy that Manny hit the go ahead homerun? After all, he did give Cleveland some very, very good years. :veryconfu

I haven't a clue, lol.... We've only been here a little over a year and quite frankly, I'm not a huge baseball fan. All I know is the tigers came thisclose to breaking the record for the losingest season. DOH!

Ok... Im asking for it I know... but I really wanted the A's to win.

And as much as I dislike Damon when he makes a GREAT catch or gets a big hit against the Yanks, I hope hes ok to play soon.

and of course GO YANKEES!!!!!

There is a Yankee fan, a red sox fan, a Mets fan, and a braves fan climbing up to the top of a mountain talking about how loyal they are to their team and how they would do anything for them. Once they reach the top of the mountain the braves fan screams "THIS IS FOR THE BRAVES" and jumps off. The Mets fan screams "THIS IS FOR THE METS" and he too jumps off of the mountain. Finally the red sox fan screams "THIS IS FOR EVERYONE" and pushes the Yankee fan off.
