I didn't see this posted anywhere - but I did Monster's last night and tonight and noticed several changes! The "sets" on the stage are much, much better... the animation is a lot better - new routines that are more interactive and even newer effects in the show!

Has anyone else noticed this?

Interesting....I thought the show was just meh. Cute but nothing really to shout about....I'm anxious to see if it improves the show anymore...

I have always enjoyed the show! I think it's hilarious and great technology and Guest interaction - but the changes I wouldn't necessarily say made the show any funnier - but it is a nice change! It has a better feel to it - (that totally makes sense in my head... but probably not typed out).

I agree, except I thought it sucked big time. Hopefully the changes will make it better, but you probably wont see me venturing in there ever again wasting valuable time.

Give it a bit of time - it's continuing to improve. As they work out the bugs and learn how to be better on the interactive side. I'm excited to see it after it's more than a year old.

I was lucky..... the wife took DD on MILF while I took DS on Stich................. Well maybe I was not so lucky.!!!

Anyway her thought was that it stunk big time and was not nearly as good as Turtle Talk.

I've only seen this show once, but I can definitely say that the one time I saw it, every single person in the crowd seemed to be satisfied. The Monsters were funny (about as funny as you can be in a G Rated show) and did an excellent job working the crowd.

I guess I need to see MILF a few more times before I can understand why so many people complain about it. From what I could tell it seems to be an excellent family friendly show.

Hopefully these new changes will make it even better.

last week, montymon, his son and I saw it...

Buddy boil was doing his act, and switched the dance camera back on, "just checking"... sadly it was me. However, he had a cell phone, and when the audience member put up the amount she was thinking, he got a call from that guy tellig him the number.

It was new to me, but backgrounds had not been upgraded yet.

After reading many positive posts about this attraction in recent months (I saw MILF in April), I am inclined to give it another try. When I saw the show, the animation was very choppy (all but one of the monsters' mouths didn't move). Also, I read Kevin Yee's article on MA, and was very disappointed to note that every single jokeduring my show (several months later than his preview) featured every single joke Yee mentioned in his article word for word. I expect some things to be repeated (such as with Turtle Talk), but my experience was completely scripted and featured technology that was functioning poorly (I thought it was very bad show to allow it to go live in the condition I saw it in...I mean the animation was really choppy and stunted.)

I also texted a family-friendly joke, and was charged for it, yet that was apparently not working either, as that segment was one scripted joke and that's it.

So, anyway, my experience in April was abysmal. I was surprised that for the first time ever, I found zero enjoyment in a WDW, DL, or DLP attraction (even Stitch wasn't as bad as my personal experience in MILF). I am heartened by posts saying how the show was lively and interactive (missing from my show), and the improvements mentioned by the OP also go a long way. I am truly hoping to be pleasantly surprised on my next trip in May.

Did anyone see MILF in previews during early winter or after the official opening in spring (like me in April), and can say whether they find the attraction better now?

Maybe it was because I went in with zero expectations, but I thought it was a fun little show. It's certainly not a blockbuster attraction, but that's OK.

I think I'd have to agree with this. I was there just after the official opening (Apr 9 - 16). I was completely prepared to hate it. I hated the concept, I hated that it was in Tomorrowland, I generally hate the Pixarification of Tomorrowland, etc.

I still think it's wrong for Tomorrowland, but judging the attraction on its own merit, I actually came out entertained and impressed. Granted, I also was expecting less-than-nothing, but still, it did amuse me. I do agree though that the animation was choppy and was obviously coming from a computer that was too slow to keep up apparently, but guests in my audience really seemed to enjoy it. I had heard from others that the audience makes a big difference and I can believe that.

I had not intended to make it a must-visit attraction by any means, but hearing that it's changed.. well, maybe I'll have to give it another go.

great thing about WDW - there is something for everyone to enjoy. there are a lot of things at WDW that I choose not to do because I don't find it entertaining to do over and over - but the amount of laughter I hear everytime I go see Laugh Floor let's me know it's a success. I don't go for the corny jokes that are done each show - i go to watch the reactions of the Guests and hear all the laughs!

It's not a blockbuster E-ticket - but when you walk around the park later in the day and hear someone yell "HEY - it's THAT GUY" or "MY DAUGHTER WAS BOO TONIGHT" then you know a magical moment has been made and a magical memory will always be with that family!

*also - for those that don't like the attraction - just remember it holds a lot of Guests that would otherwise be standing in line for something that you love to do... that's how I feel about LMAX and EPIC - don't really care to see them - but God bless shorter lines because of those two shows! :)

This is true. Every attraction is a stepping stone to a better attraction down the road. People learn from their mistakes, and so do Imagineers.

My only complaint with it was how bad the animation was on it. It looked like it was a predecessor to Crush, not the followup. If the report is true that the animation looks better then maybe it will get better. The fact is, its a Pixar franchise which is known for amazing animation. To get something that looks so cheap kind of hurts the brand a bit.

We saw MILF for the first time last weekend. I didn't have high hopes for it, but we were wrong. We thought it was really cute. I love Roz so that is a plus. My 6 yr old's joke was picked the first time we went. He was so excited! We ended up seeing it a couple times and can't wait to go back in December

I saw it for the first time this past weekend, I thought it was hilarious. I was almost in tears laughing so hard at certain points.

I saw it last week for the first time. My wife and I enjoyed it enough to see it again the next day. It wasn't great, but it was entertaining. Many of the jokes the second time around were the same, but there was enough change that we still enjoyed it. I wouldn't put it on top of my list, but I will plan to see it on my next trip and following ones.

That said, I was surprised that the animation seemed so...plain...I guess. It wasn't choppy or unsynchronized, but Turtle Talk wtih Crush seems much more richly animated.

Oh, and I'd still rather have Timekeeper, which I really enjoyed. Can't figure out why that one wasn't more popular.
