Thanks Steve. It really is tough to imagine what exactly they are planning to do here. Should be fun to try to figure it out however. Seems like more than just restrooms. And evidently the structure was built up to support a lot of weight originally. So who knows?

I think they are leaving the bathrooms cause they need them, but will use the extra space for a better queue and FP distribution point for Space. Lord knows they need it.

I doubt they will allow normal guests on top of that building when they don't any other. :shrug:

It looks to me as if they've added a railing on the top of the "roof" :shrug: I don't remember seeing those on the last photo update. I'd think an observation deck would be a good guess.

Not sure. You can see it wonderflly from the Noddle Station from the first floor. Why not a lttle further back and on a second story?

Oh just lovely, food being served to me on the roof of public toilets. Not only do you get to see the fireworks, but kids making a run to the potty below only to :hurl: in the middle of the park or some dude adjusting himself after having gone, or lest we forget the underwear pickers. Am I the only one that feels that this is a bad idea? I mean for roughly $24, I would prefer to not have any inkling of sewage smells wafting upwards into my party zone. Maggie

I'd be suspect of any eatery that didn't have a wash room. Just sayin.

Wishes dessert party is a good guess. What else would one be observing from an observation deck in that location? People in line for SM? People riding the Peoplemover?

I don't see them moving the desert party from its present location.
