Hi Gail, glad to have found you..wondered what happened to you on the "other site". People are missing you over there. You're right; you were extremely helpful and sometimes short/terse...aren't we all? Can't read the thread that got you bounced as those boards are down right now for server updating, but I'll check it out later this weekend...very curious! Anyhow, glad you are still around, hoping you'll still be helpful even if I AM a fan of the "other board".
Regarding car shortages...are there still problems? We'll be in Orlando 12/8-12/15 and I'm currently holding ressies at three car companies. If there are no vehicles hubby will hit the roof...not a good start to a vacation! Anyhow, if anyone has any current infor regarding car shortages at MCO, please post.

ALSO...(here's a very GH question...) what car class is National sticking PT Cruisers in these days? We love 'em and are hoping to score one off EA but doesn't seem like the are there anymore.

Yep, miss terse here got her butt tossed. You know, it is never my intent to be short with anyone, I just get to the facts. LOL
Of course I will be as helpful as I can.
As far as I have heard those problems are over. I would not worry.
As to the PT Cruiser, I am told they are put in full size.

Rob has a recommendation for a local Orlando car rental place... I found this place last week when I needed something good on gas to run errands. It's called International Car Rental, they just opened. They're on International Drive in Orlando. They have an all new fleet of Scion xA's, Nissan Sentras, and Nissan Quest minivans, at very reasonable and competitive prices. They're new, so their website is still a work in progress, but here it is http://www.icarental.com/

Last week, I rented a Scion xA from them for $28/day as a walkup rate... not reservation. Service was great, and the car had less than 100 miles on the clock.
