I found my wedding proofs - would you like to see how young and naive I was 16 years ago?
Me and that heavy dress - the bouquet was real and uber heavy too:

Yes it was :dazzle: , but it was gorgeous. Loved my flowers...and despite the heat, everything was beautiful. It was funny, my sister had french-braided my hair, and when I went to take it down as we were driving away, all this birdseed came pouring out! :lol:

A report from waterless Dot:

Wow, we've got major problems. Someone reported the dig to the Department of License & Inspections and they shut down the operation overnight. So no work is being done and no one is supplying us with water. Our gang opened a hydrant outside our gates and is supplying water to anyone who shows up with a bucket or such. The fire department is here en masse. They have to have a contigency in place in case of a fire, since the hydrants on property are shut down. It's a major mess!

It was birdseed - and we were pelted with it. Silly, some traditions isn't it?

Goodness Dot - just read about the water situation. So because of a technicality, they stopped trying to fix the problem? :confused: Hang in there sweetie! :kiss:
