Great - loved it. All of her fears put to rest. We'll see how things go tomorrow, as her gifted class begins in the afternoon. She will actually go to a different elementary school for that, then they'll bring her back to her home school. I'm still not sure how that works out, we'll have to wait around for her a little bit.

Thanks jenn - I really appreciate that.
We just realized today that he'll have his birthday (Sept 14) off for the Jewish holidays (he'll also have the 13th) so we can celebrate that with him here! That's a relief since he has to sign up for Selective service that day and also get a new driver's licence.

Our flight leaves at 6:45.
My mom decided she didn't want to drive, so she hired a sedan to get us at 4.
