It went.
It's so beautiful up there. Where they're building it about a mile away from the Woodstock site. We basically just got primer put up, but there's alot of house. We ended up going w/ them last night to a Pig Roast. I'd never been to one before. All day they kept talking about "going to a barbeque" so I'm expecting some little shindig in someone's backyard. More like 300 people, Bourbon Street theme w/ several different food stations, a huge drink tent, face painting, a stage w/ a band. :dazzle: It was so much fun. DBF's mom kept introducing me all night as her "future DIL". :lol: DBF was a very good sport about it.
Yeah, I say drop it. Will you eventually have to take it?

If I didn't have this thing I wanted to do I would not be dropping the class. But unfortunately the thing is in the one time that I can't take it.

DBF's mom kept introducing me all night as her "future DIL". :lol: DBF was a very good sport about it.

Oh. Funny story. So last night, somehow it came up from one of DBF's parents that the big hotel that Dirty Dancing was filmed at, was in the Catskills near their place. I was SOOO excited. DBF promised we'd go by it on our way out today. So we left late this morning and I was SO excited...it's one of my favorite movies. I was singing the "Join hands and hearts and voices" song all the way (driving DBF mad of course ). :lol:
So we get there, round the corner, DBF says "There it is!!".
And it wasn't it! :zipit: I just looked at it and said "Um, that's not it. Maybe you haven't gone far enough." DBF said "No, that's it." I said "No. I have seen that movie a bazillion & 2 times and that is not it.". So we pulled off, I whipped out the laptop, looked it up.........
IT WAS FILMED IN VIRGINIA IN THE APPALACIANS!!!
I was so upset cuz I'd been so looking forward to it. His mom thinks maybe it was just based on this place.
