Does anyone know if there is a way to tape the "Top 7" from the TV to a camcorder. Do you need a special cord or something. I tried to do it in March and couldn't figure it out. I will be down again in Jun., if anyone has any suggestions. I've also taped it by placing the camcorder on the nightstand and zooming in on the TV, but the quality is not that great.

The only way to do this is if the TV has video and audio OUT RCA jacks. Usually the ones at hotels only only have input. But if you are lucky enough to have one with output jacks, then your video camera probably came with the proper cord. On many, it is the same cable you use to hook the camera up to the TV Inputs to watch your tape. Check your owners manual.
If the TV does not have output jacks, which I strongly beleive will be the case, then the only place the signal is coming from is the TV cable from the wall. You'd have to bring a VCR or DVD recorder that can tune and record. Your video camera will not have a coax cable input and could not tune the station even if it did. Or if you are lucky, you may have a laptop and TV tuner module.
The cheapest way is to go to Wal-Mart when you are in Orlando and buy a cheap VCR (they can't be more than $50, can they?).

I see, thanks. We have an extra VCR, but we are flying and I don't want to mess with that. I think you can buy a piece of dung VCR for about $25-30 bucks, so I may do that when we get down there. I'll keep you informed.

If you have all followed this thread, you know how much I am going to miss Kryssa and how much I've fallen head over heels for her. Today, I realized I have a predisposition (or disease) for cute, short haired, blondes on speed. I realized this when one of the pictures of Kryssa that paste every square inch of my office wall fell. Behind it was a photo of my previous obsession - Dharma Freedom Finklestein Montgomery - or Jenna Elfman (her real name), or just Jen as I call her. After the restraining order, I covered up all of her photos with those of Kryssa.
In all seriousness, I really do find both Kryssa and Jenna very attractive. They both have that dippy energetic personality. It is hard to see in my avtar, but my wife also fits the above description - short hair, blonde - except since my obession with these two, my wife is not quite as perky. I think the two kids had something to do with that too. :lol:

So the point of my last post, which I realize that I forgot to mention is that I am trying to download the top 7 videos. The web site that has the movies are streaming and can't be saved. I've not found any good programs to save streamed video. Can anyone help.
Otherwise, if anyone has it on video I'll make DVDs for whoever want it.
