One of my clients told me this Todd..They were in Magic Kingdom by Small World when a kid on those chains ran in front Todd and he trip and the kid fell cut his leg and elbows up and the parents yelled at Todd and got Security. Everything worked out fine but people please. If you cant control your kid and need a chain you have to put them in a stroller.
Comments like this make me so mad! Let me explain a few things to you... Leashes (not chains!) are very often neccesary. First of all, not all children want to stay confined in a stroller all day- they want to get out and run. Second, children know how to unbuckle themselves from a stroller (this happened to me). Third, leashes aren't just for lazy parents (i.e. I have four children, I can not keep an eye on all of them at once). Fourth, not all dissabilities are visible- you don't know what that parent might be dealing with, so until you've walked a mile in thier shoes, keep you comments to yourself.
