I am going to Disney March 15-22, 2009. We have a group of 18!! :brick:My 2 newphews who are 3 & 5 are getting SO excited and this is their 1st time. They have never heard of Disney World until this year when we planned the trip. I have been telling them how much fun they are going to have and what all we are going to do. Recently we have been watching the rides on YouTube and last night we got the new vacation planning dvd (which is 298534908 times better than last years!!). You should have seen these boys faces when I put the dvd in and they saw what disney is "really" like!! It was priceless  Ever since I've been getting them pumped up about the trip every time they see something with Mickey Mouse at the store they go CRAZY!! I hope they have a blast on the trip and I'm glad I get to share it with them.

I want to get the resort to put something in their room so when we arrive they will have a goodie! Does anyone have any ideas or where I can order something from?

We only have 85 days to go!! :sohappy: The time will fly because it already has. We have been counting down since 365 days and that feels like yesterday!

Ususally if you ask Guest Services, they can arrange something to be delivered to the room when you arrive. They're pretty accomodating.:)
They're gonna have a blast! Enjoy!:sohappy:

disneyflorist.com has great "Welcome to Disney" and first time visitors gift baskets that they make up. Along with pirate ones and such. I am ordering a bouquet for my parents room when we go in January.

We too, have a large group, of 15 lol.

I hope you all enjoy your trip!!!

I love DisneyFlorist.com, but make sure you specify that you want it in your room before you check in & give them your check in time. For my honeymoon, my husband ordered something but they didn't deliver it until a few hours after we checked in. He had to call & find out where it was.

Call your resort, and tell the CM who answers about your trip. Sometimes they can have something little waiting in the room. For example, we had a signed wedding picture from Mickey & Minnie under our door on our honeymoon.

The first time we went my sister-in-law used Disneyflorist.com and ordered a Disney bag filled with all type of Disney Snacks and had it waiting for us at our room when we checked in. The kids (and us adults) loved it. I understand they are a bit expenses but the kids loved it.
