Ugh.... some of this thread was truly painful to read.

My mother is disabled. While she has never required a queue to be completely emptied for her to board a ride vehicle, it does take her some time. I will tell you this: some guests are gracious about it and some are just as snotty as some of you in this thread. Be thankful that you don't understand.

(ETA: The DL cast members have always been gracious about it. WDW cast members on the other hand.... well, that's a topic for a different part of the site.)

I've always been amazing how well cast members handle those that need help. However, I can't stand it when there is group of fifteen that take advantage of that help and not one of them needs it.
