on line check in was easy. They had most of my info already, even had that we were doing my dd 14th bd. Now all i gotta' do is go to the express line when we get there on 8/10:sohappy:

my travel agent gave me the site address its mydisneyreservation.com/guest you need your reservation #,last name of primary guest on reservation, resort name and check-in date. If you check in on line you can go to the express line and they have your stuff all ready to pick up, your myw card will be activated (it's for on site hotels) and you can go on to the parks or what ever.

I did online check-in this summer. It shaved off some time waiting in line. Our packet was already put together, so the CM just had to go over a few details and then we were on our way. Will definitely use it again in October.

I will only do online check-in from here on out! We did it over the July 4th weekend at Saratoga Springs and man, we were in and out of the check-in line in five minutes! I recommend it for any veteran Disney travelers, but if it's your first time to WDW or a specific resort, I'd check in the old school way just for information sake.

happy to hear that it is easy when you arrive! i hope it is easy to do online. i have waited over 45 minutes some times to check in and they tell me everything i already know (except my room # ). only 5 days til i try it!!!

I just tried to do online check in and it wouldn't let me. It said that my reservation could not be displayed. I dont know why and I have all my confirmation information.

Keep us informed how check in works out for you. I am thinking about the online checkin and online dining reservations before our trip this November.

I guess I should mention..I did book thru my travel agent but I read if you have your confirmation number and everything you should be able to check in. I am finding this frustrating because we are arriving earlier like we will get to MCO around 9:15ish am so i want everything to be smooth.

Okay I finally was able to check in. I was using the wrong website and now everything is all set!..I leave in 9 days for my first Disney trip ever!
