Just a thought about Lights, Motors, Action.

My DH and I were talking about this attraction a couple days ago. Once was more than enough for us. Time to change that to a more Disney oriented stunt show, say Pirates of the Carribean, Narnia, anything would be better.

To each their own, but are you kidding me; a free action stunt show with unbelievable skill exibited at almost every move they make. You don't have to like it but for us car/bike guys/gals this is one sweet show.

I guess I'm in the minority because I loved this show. I've seen it twice now I believe. Of course, I'm a big car fanatic so that probably explains a lot. I can see how it would be fairly uninteresting for others.

Not necessarily . . . there are plenty of people who like the show very much and will go back to see it again and again. It was so popular in Disney Paris that it was brought to WDW, right?

You can't accurately measure every attraction's popularity on how many people here vote for it or against it. The internet brings a demographic that makes up only a portion of the populace who visit the parks every day.

For example, to read these forums, you might get the impression the whole world thinks WDW's 20K Submarine ride was a perfect attraction with no flaws and was closed only because of complete incompetence of Disney management. :lookaroun

Been there done that. We saw it once and have not gone back since. If I want to see it again I have it on video. It was just a long time in the heat and humidity and the show stays the same every time. Maybe if Disney ever works things out with the Lord of the Rings people they could put a Lord of the Rings show there similiar to Fantasmic there.

This is just a random thought. If, in a few years guest start to get tired of this attraction, anyone have any ideas of there own as to what could replace it and not have the need to tare down those great seating grandstands? It was fun to see the first 3 or 4 times, but I usually pass on it any more and was just wondering what cool ideas any other members may have as a replacement using the same footprint? Just a thought.:shrug::shrug:

I happened to be there when it opened and actually saw it the 2nd day of opperation. After being hearded like a cow, I have not seen it since and I am overjoyed to see others filing into it. To me it is something that you only need to see once.:drevil:

I like the show. Whos to say they cant retool the show if it gets so stale that crowd levels drop off. With the way show technology is advancing there is room for more stunts and explosions.

As someone earlier said. Just the wait alone before You see any action is one reason to only see it once. They made no effort to make the "Cattle Stampede" interesting at all. No Monitors to occupy Us, No Disney Props, Nothing But sidewalk and steps. They should bring the birds of wonder from Animal Kingdom there before the stunt show just to have something going on before the long waited on stunt show. They are very talented, but As many have said "Once May be Enough"

It is boring after seeing it for the first time, but the worse thing about it is the preshow attraction music.. Cheese city!

Hearing that same piece of music going around and around for 30 minutes+ is enough to "drive" me crazy.

It is as annoying as the Test Track loop!

And there is a distinct lack of shade for a good portion of that queue area - its horrible!
