Also, Disney's branding mandates probably prevents them from crossing the Moana/Nemo streams.
Doubtful it if really means anything sit was likely written before the current situation, but ShopDisney lists an opening in 2021

2021 opening seems unlikely to me considering we may very well be stuck with Innoventions West still standing for the grand majority of the year, if it even gets cut whatsoever.
