Which corner is the coffee bar in? It looks like the back, where the "food court" and game room used to be, but there was no window there...

Which floor is it on, and which corner? I am confused.

looks to me like its in the corner noone ever goes in that leads directly into the convention center. makes sense to bring some traffic through there. But i doubt its permanent anyway

Can anyone tell me when are they going to change the carpet on the monorail platform? Out with the old already!!!

You can tell in the pictures and video that they've marked out a path and they've poured a footer.

Really confussed by the interior shots - why such huge scaffolding? The shop isn't that tall. Whats it for?

I haven't been on here for awhile and the first thing I notice is the Contemporary update post!! I was originally upset about them moving the game room and changing the store location...but looking at the artwork it doesn't look that bad. Actually the location of the game room and the express-food area probably makes more sense, since they're both closer to the rooms/guests. I guess I'll have to wait and see it in person, though.

I am absolutely hating what's going on with the proposed DVC. Have they formally announced it yet -- I heard November? From the artwork to the actual construction photos -- it looks horrible. I was hoping it wasn't going to happen, but it sure looks like it...

Dude, it would've been so funny if the caption for the second of these pictures was it's a crane (perhaps with the following picture's being, "It' Superma...err... more construction") Thanks for the update!

Sorta, I believe he means the area that is the southern beachfront which leads into the water bridge. They're making it a seawall instead of rocky shore - probably lots of erosion from the boat wakes.

Anywho, thanks for the photos. The tall scaffold appears to be gone - maybe they were judging height? Also, the whole shop seems like it wont be as intrusive as it originally looked in the concept art. It seems to fit bette in the space and not look wedged into it.
