Joffreys Coffee

I just am not sure why someone is judging another for what they do. Granted I don't drink coffee or coke and rarely OJ, but to keep harping feels rude. I know many who drink far more than that amount of sugar in a day.
Certainly not harping, just didn't realize how much sugar that is per day, especially since I have never really ever consumed soft drinks and only use juice as an emergency for low blood sugar. Never in this thread have I chastised a pp for any amount of sugar one added to their preferred method of coffee consumption. As for rude, weren't you the one to to point out how much sugar/day/drink was in that amount of sugar?

My apologies, I was not implying you but the poster who started it all by saying so much sugar for 4 days, only to be corrected and still wouldn't drop it.

I brought up amounts to let the PP know it might sound like a lot but comparatively, no. I fail to see how that is rude.

I apologize for having a knee-jerk reaction and totally didn’t mean anything rude by my first comment (and honestly hadn’t had my cup of coffe yet this morning)!

neither of us care for joffrey’s at all, but that corner shop they have at DS actually isn’t bad at all. we even bought some of their holiday k cups & they are surprisingly pretty good.

I always hit the one at Hollywood Studios. It's located in a good spot and faster to go to than Starbucks or even other kiosks for things other than coffee

Listen...I'm reviving this years old thread just to tell you that I agree. Anyone who says they think Joffrey's coffee is good, has garbage taste in coffee.

It's hot dirty dish water with the optional splash of cream and/or sugar.
WDW used to have a partnership with Nescafe I believe than we to Joeffreys

I toured a coffee plantation in Costa Rica. They said Starbucks over roasts, burns, the beans. It's too acidic for me.
The food court coffee does taste watered down. Refills are free. I doubt much of the mug revenue is allocated for coffee. I think it tastes what I'd expect for free. It's better the the old nestle. That was coffee syrup mixed with water. I think it tastes better then what is currently being served at Panera.

On a side note, for you coffee drinkers that like your coffee without cream/sugar but dont care for overly bitter, I have found that a pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt does wonders to cut the bitterness.

This may be a silly question but do you put the salt in the cup after brewing or in the grounds while it is brewing. Just asking because putting an egg in the grounds while brewing can mellow the bitterness too, that's how Swedish egg coffee is made.

Much better than Starbucks. I don't understand why people are so obsessed with Starbucks.
Some in my former office complain about always being in debt , make multiple Starbucks visits ( spending $15-20 daily ) throughout the work day. Our floor though was supplied w/ a Keurig machine with multiple selection of flavors. Some not only obsessed but exhibited poor financial know how.

Some people tell you to sprinkle salt in the plastic filter holder prior to washing it, putting in the dishwasher.
