so, we just got a piece of certified mail from Mike's uncle (he's co-exec. for his grandpa's estate)....and I called DH and asked if he wanted me to open it, which he did. Small note inside saying this is a small portion of DH's inheritance and a check for 5K.
THEY SENT IT IN THE MAIL???? I mean, I know it's certified, but sometimes the machines in the post office don't know that. Holy carp! :dazzle:

Well, I need to run...I have to do some stuff to get my house in gear for this big shindig I'm having tonight...at least it motivates me to clean my messy messy house.
Plus, I have to start cooking some stuff here soon too...
I'll be back in a little while, but, for those of you whom I don't talk to later...
I love you all! You all have made my life that much better this year...it's truly been a blessing to have you all be included as some of my closest friends...even through all the distance and everything...I count you all to be so close.
