Itineraries on Disney's site

Has anyone tried to do a new itinerary on the My Disney Vacation on Disney's website?

I've been trying since yesterday morning to make one for my upcoming trip in December, and it doesn't seem to be working. I think it's fun to plan out your days and dinner plans, and it does have a countdown to your trip.

Anywho, just wondered if anyone else was having difficulty. I've tried both my home and work computers and I can't get it to go.

I've never used that one. I use the free trip planner on touringplans.com.
I have so many problems with the Disney site in general. There are many times that it doesn't load properly for me.

I use an excel spreadsheet. For each day we have the park hours with EMH noted, along with firework times. Probably need to add parade times with a toddler now.

Meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and what parks we plan on hitting for morning, afternoon, evening are listed for each day as well.

It's a clean and simple document.

It is so funny you brought that up, I have been trying for a month to build my new Itinerary. I had sent an email to the contact us, I got no response, so I tried again yesterday and it is still not allowing me to continue, it just sits there, so I sent an email again yesterday and I received a geenral email back from Disney saying that they got my email and were looking into it.

The countdown portion hasn't been working since about April. We had our MAY itinerary in since January, and all of a sudden, no countdown. Well, like others, I tried to enter new itinerary for Sept, but had no luck. I e-mailed them, too, but never heard back from them :(

Well I finall got an email back from Disney and here is the reponse.
