A serious Cars retheme of LMA for some reason has me thinking of generic cars going through it with Lightning McQueen being the place of the red car shooting a movie and the Herbie special guest being Mater....
A subtile one still has me thinking of Mater taking the place of Herbie but having one car in animated mode and all the others in "standard" mode really doesn't mesh in my mind for some reason.

Nope as in, there will be further expansion in the MK, just elsewhere, or nope, FL is all we're getting, which I WOULDN'T complain about.
What's that mean?
Discovery Bay was to be an extension of Frontier Land in DL, Does anyone know if there is room to expand in the same area in MK?

Can I just say that I for one, don't want LMA to get a "Cars" makeover? I mean, if it has a little section for it, that is fine. have McQueen come out and do some stunts...but an entire overlay is just way too much. I like the show and it is still very new. If anything, they need to pump some money into the Indy stunt show.

I feel exactly the opposite. I love the Indy Stunt Show and make a point of seeing it whenever I'm in The World. Lights, Motors, Action I saw once, and couldn't wait for it to end. From unshaded queues to sparsely shaded stadium, to uninteresting commentary to stunts that weren't at all exciting, I can't find one good thing to say about it. A Cars overlay might at least get me to come back and check it out again. There's something seriously wrong, in my opinion, when I'd rather have Residential Street back...

I enjoy both LMA and Indy with a slight edge to LMA, probably because I've seen it around 5-6 times compared to Indy which I've probably seen 30 times. I wouldn't mind more of a Cars tie in, but only during the time they're setting up the other scenes, so you could have Lightening McQueen or Mater coming out instead of Herbie, and then possibly putting up some preview clips of Cars 2 up on the big screen.
