Is the DDP on a limit?

Here is my question I'm a person that when I go to Disney I call them a week or 2 before I go pay it all up front and just jump on a plane.

Now I tried to book some reservations since I "believed" this free dining had no limit. However, the Disney agent told me that they only have a certain amount of rooms for the free dining.

So with myself staying at the CB my question is this was I just told a line to get myself to book now or is there really only a certain amount?

If so, what are my chances of getting free dining by calling on Oct. 10th-15th for Oct. 22nd?


Next if I'm stuck waiting that long could some one tell me what my chances are of getting these places for my TS ranking for me 1-14:

1. Planet Hollywood
2. Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano
3. Plaza Restaurant
4. Crystal Palace (for breakfast)
5. Garden Grill
6. Le Cellier Steakhouse
7. Tutto Italia Ristorante
8. Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe
9. Tony's town square
10. Hollywood & Vine
11. Biergarten
12.Coral Reef
13. San Angel Inn
14. Donald's Safari Breakfast

Just tell me if it's likely, maybe, doubtful, or impossible.

The official line is that this is a limited promotion. Limited in time AND a limited amount of rooms.

One good thing in your favor is that pretty much all schools are open for business that week. Anyone who has been thinking about taking that week off probably arranged it in advance.

But unless you think there's a chance you won't go, I'd book now.

I won't speculate as to your odds of getting the restaurant reservations you want. Just be flexible with your times as much as possible.

The Free Dining is limited to a certain number of room per resort. If you want a specific resort and specific dates and they're not available then you're out of luck. If you are willing to change to a different resort or adjust your dates, you might have more chance of success.

I wouldnt waste a TS meal on the Plaza or Planet Hollywood.

it is super-easy to just go online and check out what's available in terms of the restaurants where you want to eat. Just poke around Disney's online dining and you will see what dining options are available during your dates. You don't have to have a vacation booked, and you don't have to confirm any dining reservations, to see if there are any reservation times available for when you want to travel.

I know you said doubtful of me getting the free dining is that just at CB or anywhere? If I have to I will stay at the Pop again or one of the Value resorts or at Port Orleans.

If it shows up in the Disney Vacation Package does that mean there still rooms available or no?

Well just like one of the posters put about CB free dining still being there just checked and it's gone

But I know the risks of booking at the last minute so I kind of expected it when I was told doubtful if I waited that long. No big deal because AS Movies, Music, and (sadly and lastly of course) POP are all still having free dining on the list. I can just pay the extra $200 for the DDP I want with TS.

Now as for my reservations here is how my list is as of right now for days available:

1. Planet Hollywood: 23-25, 27, 30
2. Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano: 23-30
3. Plaza Restaurant: 23-30
4. Crystal Palace (for breakfast): No go [Lunch]: 24, 26-29
5. Garden Grill: Nope
6. Le Cellier Steakhouse: :ROFLOL: But I knew that already
7. Tutto Italia Ristorante: 24-26, 28-30
8. Wolfgang Puck Grand Cafe: 23-30
9. Tony's town square: Dinner: 27 or 30, Lunch: 23-30
10. Hollywood & Vine: 23-30
11. Biergarten: 23-30
12.Coral Reef: Dinner: 25, Lunch: 23,24,28,30
13. San Angel Inn: 23-30

So on that I would like to know people's views on what would be the best places to eat on that list from their experience with the food.

Well I just booked my reservations for my Disney trip which is now in less than 20 days since I changed it up since I want to go earlier.

Here is how my meal day is looking CT could always get changed up:
