Did anyone else mention that the removal of the Wand and the Hat had absolutely nothing to do with anything we said in our posts here?
Are you sure? I don't think there was ever a hat at that location. At least, I don't recall one.

So I read on this other website that the new icon is actually the lights motor action stadium!?!?
Ok that's not true, but I'm getting tired reading every other post about what the icon is. From all the signs in the park and all the merchindise I'm pretty sure it's safe to say it's the Earful Tower. You can see from the park at certain angles, you can see from Buena Vista Dr. And World Dr. I saw it last night and it appeared to have new lights on it too. It was very bright and well lit. I wish I had gotten a picture but it was to hard from the bus.

Did you not see my post? Disney set the icon on the fastPass selection for the park in the app as the Tower of Terror. I don't know if it's the new icon, but it's the best conformation so far...

Yes, I did read it as I've also read it on every page at least once for the last week at least! just getting tired of seeing the same thing over and over again, didn't mean to offend or upset.

Why would they do that? I thought the Hat was the icon. Unless they plan on removing it or something. (?)

How foolish of me, that's right! And the sun rises and sets exactly due east and west respectively as to only cast shadows perpendicular to the north south orientation of the old hat and theater at all times of the year regardless of the tilt of the earth on its axis at the time. Thanks for clearing that up.

No its not.
The app still shows me the BAH. All of the merchandise Disney is putting out right now indicates the icon (temp for now or whatever) is the Earful Tower.
