Time Warner/ Warner Brothers own Turner and all the other channels connected to Turner including TCM. Now if you a referring to The Weather Channel then maybe Comcast owns that.

The turrets were on the theater and one side was retractable. The two "missing" turrets are on the left and right sides of the front walls.

My good old thesaurus here has spire listed as a synonym to turret, though not vice versa. We'll have to get our resident English teacher @Soarin' Over Pgh to chime in on the validly of using the terms interchangeably in this instance.

Spires, yes.
Neon, no.* (I'm sorry I mentioned the word)

* This does not mean Disney would not put neon up there... they've done silly stuff before, such as building a giant hat to block the view of a Theater, and a stage in front of that to block the view of the hat.
