Not enough land??????????????? You have to be kidding me!
Just look at what Universal did with their TINY amount of land. They built Citywalk, Islands of Aventure, and the biggest parking structure IN THE WORLD.
Heck, they could just get rid of the Magic Kingdom Parking Lot & Racetrack, put in a massive garage, and drop a park right there. Easy. Don't even have to extend the monorail to get there .
But let's be honest: they are not going to open a new park in the next year, or the next ten.
If anything, Disney would probably just buy Universal and SeaWorld (which will soon be owned by the same stakeholder).
