Internet Access??

We leave for Pittsburgh tomorrow and fly out to Disney on Sunday. My husband will have to check email from work. We will not have a laptop with us. Is there any computer access where we can do this??? We are staying at the polynesian Resort? Thanks:sohappy:

There is a business center at the Coronado Springs resort. I know there *used* to be an internet cafe at Downtown Disney, but I'm not sure if it's still there - anyone else know?

Apparently, Wonderland Cafe in DisneyQuest still has computers w/ internet access. But based on my memory, it's not particularly good.

This might be a good time to consider upgrading to a phone with internet access, like the Motorola Q. They also allow you to link your email accounts up through Outlook, but with their internet service, you can just go to your provider's main site and access your email from there, too.

According to allearsnet.com, there's a business center in the Grand Floridian that can assist you w/ typing and copying. I guess it wouldn't hurt to call and ask if they have internet-accessible desktop computers you can rent by the hour or so.

If you don't get any other, more-definitive answers, I'd say call the front desk at the Poly direct and ask them what your options may be.

wE ARE TRAVELING WITH TWIN INFANTS AND THE BUS TRANSPORTATION WILL BE MUCH MORE DIFFICULT WITH OUR STROLLER. dOES ANY ONE KNOW IF THERE IS ANY BUISNESS CENTER AT pOLYNESIAN CONTEMPORARY OR GRAND FLORIDIAN? aNY HELP WILL BE APPRECIATED. i WOULD LOVE TO GO AND FORGET CARES AT HOME BUT MY HUSBAND MUST HAVE THIS ACCESS DUE TO A PROJECT HE IS WORKING ON AT WORK.

Did you see if the business center at GF had computers you could rent or borrow?
If they do, it won't be so bad, the first stop on the "local" monorail would be GF

I think you'll be OK, too, but I'd still suggest double checking. The CM you talked to could've meant "You can access the internet there, provided you bring your laptop to us" ie it's got wifi, but you've gotta provide the hardware. I suspect they have the computers there, but since it is so important, I'd suggest confirming.
