What interesting WDW item do you have in your home or office?

I have a a photo of Cinderella castle in a frame on my night stand (so I can dream of actually being there)

Really?...
That's a unique keepsake!
Do you have a photo of it?

The two items that come to mind are the old food tray from The Land that I got from MouseSurplus. (It was the pre-Soarin' refurb version). And I have an old tropical drink glass that says "Polynesian Village" and the original WDW logo. Not sure how old it is, but it's been "Disney's Polynesian Resort" since sometime in the 80's... :)

2 for me:

First, I have a tin that contained fortune cookies from Tokyo Disneyland that an employee of mine gave me (former CM at TDL). I love the fact that I have something from TDL now, and it means a lot that an employee of mine gave it to me.

Second, I have a Jack Sparrow plush from McDonalds last year with the release of DMC on my desk. Love it. :)

I currently have four bars of soap and three bottles of shampoo from my last two stays at the World. They are on the shelf in the bathroom...my wife hates them!

Two that come to mind..

1. Speaking of eBay...two of the EPCOT Food & Wine Festival signs hanging in my office.

2. A picture of my grandfather who was about 70 at the time wearing his EARs in the Magic Kingdom and loving it. The picture was taken about 30 yrs ago at Disneyland.

Wow, I wish I had some ride memorabilia. I have three things in my office that I keep nearby. A picture of myself with Friar Tuck (my Grandpa's favorite character). My EPCOT Center Spaceship Earth Mug, and my copy of "Around the World With Disney", one of my favorite Disney World books ever. :)

It's on a shelf in my little girl's room!

My greatest collectible that I have is an actual signed check from
Walt Disney himself. It was a deposit for a convertible Cadillac and it's dated December, 1950. I have photos if you'd like to see it.

I have a metal serving dish from when WDW first opened with a picture of Mickey on it with the words Walt Disney World going around the top of his head. It's a beige color with a lip around it. It's the size of a large dinner plate. It still has the original price tag on the back.

$1.00 plus tax.

I also have a glass bottle of coke from the 25th anniversary.

I would say that you've been shopping at MouseSurplus, except you got most of it free.

Care to share your collecting secrets?

90% of the clothing I wear to the office has a Disney logo somewhere....

and I work in an engineering office....

Mickey mouse hands.... which I wear on occasion to meetings.

Mugs

I have two things, a few bars of soap from 2001, and a Walt Disney World plate that looks to be from the early 80's, among other memorabilia that has been purchased recently.

Where to start, well I have a number of old room key cards from past visits, which some I'm sure still have a day on them. Posters and other things from a travel agency that went out of business. And the absolute best of all. A Disneyland magazine, which is called, "A pictorial souvenir and guide." My mother got it when she went to DL in the mid to late 60's. It is in great shape with a couple of light discolorations on it. I'm sure it is worth alot more than I can estimate. Maybe if I can figure out how to post picture's I'll get it up here.

This is not really all that unique, but a mug with my name on it that has a picture of Spaceship Earth on it. I use it so I can make EPCOT a part of my day, everyday, even if it's just that little reminder.
