Sorry man, but no way. No engineers are stupid enough to do a thing like that. Machinery that's only fixable by tearing through the building's walls? It's not a piggy bank. There are ways of removing the Yeti.

in terms of the japan tech, I had heard they had certain rights that was in conjunction with just Tokyo Disney and thats why they had to iron out some of the details.

the whole douchebag thing, to those of you I was referring I will offer up an apology, but it es me off how overly and directly negative and rude you are. its an internet forum this is not a topic of life or death.
I decided to post because I was fascinated with what I had heard learned, and to some extent confirmed. As we all know something can be confirmed today and changed tomorrow, but as of last week this is what I had heard and was looking to hear some feedback in the sense of "oh I had heard that as well" or "that may be a little far fetched but who knows" not questioning my credibility.
I encourage you all to check out what I have posted, comment on other things like the Lilly Bell train, the new train movie rumored to be in the works for Pixar, etc.
to those of you who welcomed me, thank you and I hope to have some good input or feedback on your postings in the future.

Sorry guys, but I just left a thread that had 14 pages of arguments and accusations and no speculation about said topic. After a long day at work, what I learned regarding WDW news and others ideas today?....nothing! And then it just happened for another few pages on this thread too. Honestly, its been happening for weeks now, with other posters getting annoyed as well.

I agree, or I would like to agree. But I heard it had to do with the forces the animatronic causes, and just the sheer weight of it. Whether the face of the mountain comes off or not, it is my understanding they are truly going to fix it.

LOL forever at the idea of them ripping open Everest to fix the Yeti. The Yeti is it's own separate structure, it can be removed independently from the rest of the ride.

This site has gone from one of the best to slowly becoming one of the worst Disney fan sites I am on... Steve does a great job of giving us wonderful information but the membership here lacks any kind of class... Attacking a new member cause he/she had info you don't?? jealously perhaps??? I say either that or you are all just immature..
The forums section of this site as become as unmagical as Universal... Or, maybe I should be saying, as unmagical as Disney has become.. Guess Disney does know what they are doing.. Dumbing down the company to cater to their fan base...

Lets quit acting like this isn't a troll. The fact that every time someone disproves their rumor they go "oh I really meant this, my bad" is one of many red flags.

I realize there are some faults with my report.
The person whos the lawyer in ca for imagineering is not related to me. We went to college together and I ask him from time to time if hes heard anything in regards to rumors afloat. Most things he cant tell me but the things he can are interesting and I wanted to share them.

Why?? i dunno.. maybe their lives are empty... or maybe they wish they had positions in the Disney company, raking in the huge salaries that the people who run the parks make instead of flipping burgers... And yet, all they can do is sit here and belittle new members who only want to share some things they heard... In no manner did the OP claim this information was FACT... would it be too much to ask people to resume addressing my initial post and the different things there. Id like this post to be productive and see if other people can confirm.

I have been checking this site for the last year always anxious to here the next thing that MAY be coming down the pike then try to search out factual information on it.
