Instead of PH, maybe Neverland?

I think Pixie Hollow was always intended to eventually be a Neverland area. They can take advantage of the Pixie Hollow brand while it's popular, and once it fades - and we all know it will - they'll be able to convert it to a Neverland meet and greet with very little trouble.

Peter Pan doing meet and greets behind Cinderella's castle is another clue. They've already moved him from Adventureland to Fantasyland.

Pixie Hollow isn't going to be a "classic" in any sense of the word, and while the folks at Disney may make choices we don't undertand, they won't do anything as drastically stupid with this expansion as banking heavily on something we all know isn't going to last.

Sorry but I see absolutely no reason for disney to completely demolish one of the most popular rides and rebuild it on a different location. I don't know how the present visitor numbers are but in 2007 the lines in front of PPF were insane. Even during the EMH we had to wait until after 1 AM to avoid waiting times of more than 20 minutes.
I am not a big fan of the FLE either but at least new rides there would have to be something really new and not a successful but more than half-a-century old ride (if you count in DL)

Wow, why wasn't this brought up before? I think Neverland would be awesome. It's so Disney! I can just visualize the concept. So many possibilities.

I'm actually really excited about PH (mainly because of my daughter), but I think you are right that NeverLand would be even better! What a great way to attract the boys as well!

God, wouldn't that be awesome? To move the Peter Pan ride into Neverland, and have that whole island devoted to it? You could meet the chief, play games with the lost boys, that would be awesome! AND you could still have Tinkerbell (maybe even with her friends if Disney wants, they don't justify a whole area :()

Wish this would happen instead, only thing I'm excited about this area is to feel like I'm in Honey I Shrunk The Kids. (but they have that at DHS)

That would be awesome!

While I don't know what the long-term plans are for this area, especially when PH fades, the great thing about the overall concept of FantasyLand is that it can accommodate both the Neverland and Wonderland concepts later on down the road. It would be one of the most fantastic things to happen in a while to bring these to life in MK; the possibilities are endless...

I haven't been overly impressed with many of the decisions made in the parks recently, but I always reserve hope that one day the Imagineers will come through.

I'm not going to post it all over again, but please see the In Defense of the FLE thread for my reasoning as to why PH is a good idea.

After doing some research, I found that the PH franchise is far more popular and important to the company than a lot of people around here seem to realize.

My daughter adores the fairies! She has them all over her room. Of course she is 5 months old and just found her feet last week so her opinion doesn't carry much weight.

Oi, if the pixies make little girls happy then I'd be perfectly content to see them all over Disney.

But I think the franchise has fallen flat. Unlike Princesses, the fairies don't cut it.
As for me, as much as I love Tinkerbell, I could not care less about the other pixies.

I don't think we'll ever see Pixie Hollow build. The point was to support the pixie franchise, but it has not caught on nearly as much as Disney had hoped.

Don't assume!

The Fairies franchise may fade, but, at the same time, it may not. It may become "classic", maybe it won't. And if it does become "classic", expect to find yourself shooting yourself in the foot. :lookaroun

You never know what the future may bring, so please knock it off and start living more in the here-and-now.

Again, you too are dead wrong and need to knock it off with all this discrimination and bad attitude.:mad::mad::mad::mad:
