I still say creating the backstory to “thrown them off your trail”, then admitting it was all made up makes absolutely zero sense. Just stick with the assumption that you’re some nobody front line CM and let loose the secrets. It would take some months, but you would establish credibility in the long run, and folks would be including your name in the same sentence as Martin, Feather, Butler, Peter, Visionary Soul, Give Me The Music, Why Light Bulb, Wildcat Den, Lee, Articos, Spectro Bro, and any others I missed, etc. Even saying you were lying then and may still be lying now isn’t the way to go about it. If you truly are a 30 year veteran in management, you’d be here under whatever screen name you chose and give zero backstory. Too much to lose otherwise. At least I would.
