Well, those turrets are made in that shape for nothing. Recently, with the night time projections on the castle, they have actually let the cat out of the bag by launching one of them, like a rocket.

I know for a fact!

That there are steel girders, rivets and welds. Along with paint, a ladder, door knobs, small tile pieces, dust bunnies, light switches, fuse panels, light bulbs, and every so often a fairy named Tinkerbell...

The King's Gallery used to be a gift shop but they closed it for Bippity Boppity Boutique in 2007 I believe.

Big mistake as far as I am concerned.

There is a small room at the top with very low ceilings.I had to stoop down when entering it. And was met by the Fairy Godmother.She gave me a spot at the window to take some awesome photos of MK. At this point, I heard people talking behind me,and when I turned around,I was confronted by six or seven dwarfs,who kept touching me,as if to see I was real.At this point the door at the far end opened and in walked Snow White,in all her splendour. The dwarfs all bowed their heads,so I done the same..She just smiled at me and spoke softly " Nice to meet you Mr Hatter "..I was speechless ( for once in my life ).Well the rest is history.We had tea and cupcakes ( including peanut butter ) and exchanged happy stories. And we all lived happily ever after.

Hush you... now go fall down your rabbit hole and be gone.

a friend of mine was head chef of the royal tables...a lot of that castle is kitchen space....to my understanding
