Are you sure the 'actors' are also the 'tumblers'

Some of them, yes. I've definitely see CMs on trip doing stunts, and then next time they were "working" the cameras. Lets them make sure they have enough CMs on hand at all times in case someone gets hurt, and also give them downtime. The mechanic is usually the easiest to spot.

The question about Spielberg tho. If anyone doesn't know that Spielberg is Jewish and he grew up with the heyday of scifi movies to draw his interest in movie making, well, they probably shouldn't watch Spielberg movies.
Exactly. Spielberg makes Spielberg movies best.

And they heyday of Uncle Walt on TV. There are tons of references to Disney in Spielberg's directed films, and Spielberg's produced films. (in before someone says, "Spielberg didn't direct Back to the Future or Roger Rabbit!!)

Spielberg said the first word that came to mind when reading the galleys for Jaws was "Disney" because of 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea. They used Bambi's device of an unseen off-screen predator suggested by a recurring musical motif for the shark in Jaws (in fact, you take out one particular note in "Man's Theme" from Bambi, you get the Shark Theme from Jaws). Close Encounters references Pinocchio, both in the film proper and in the music as "When You Wish Upon a Star" plays as Roy approaches the ramp to the Mother Ship, 1941 of course has the Dumbo gags, E.T. references Peter Pan, Back to the Future has the Davy Crockett references, Gremlins has the Snow White sequence, Roger Rabbit goes without saying, Last Crusade mentions Mickey Mouse, Hook quotes from Walt's 1953 Peter Pan and 1964's Mary Poppins, Jurassic Park mentions Disneyland, Saving Private Ryan mentions "Steamboat Willie", A.I. is a dark riff on Pinocchio, The Terminal has people on fraudulent tourist visas trying to make it into America and they're all wearing Mickey Mouse shirts...sure I'm forgetting some more.

10 Alien and/or Nazi movies, seem like a lot to me.

It's a simple fact, he's too obsessed with these subjects. He's also produced and executive produced many as well. Way too many to even count.

Intelligent Life
Halo tv series
Men in Black franchise
Transformers franchise
Five Came Back
Extant
Falling Skies
Auschwitz
Terra Nova
Cowboys and Aliens
Super 8
The Pacific
Letters from Iwo Jima
Flags of Our Fathers
Voices from the list
Burma Bridge Busters
Band of Brothers

etc, etc, etc
