in 4.5 days we leave.. in 8.5 we check into Pop.. I am completely useless for anything other than obsessing about Disney and this trip. Please tell me I am not the only one that gets like this??

My trip isn't until November and already I am incapable of having a conversation without working in Disney. I went on a sight-seeing cruise around the Statue of Liberty and when we passed by LaGuardia airport and saw buildings with red lights on top, I felt the need to explain why Cinderella Castle was built below Florida height restrictions for having a red light on top of the building. :hammer: If I were a week out it would be all Disney, all the time.

Oh yeah..i've been Disney obsessed since I made the ressie back in Nov.. but this is so crazy.. i can't do anything but think about this trip.. I am going to be the worlds worst bartender this week at work..lol.. especially Saturday because I leave after we close..it's going to be an interesting next few days..lol

you're sooooo not alone. we have 4 days, 14 hours, and 25 minutes until we get in the car for our 2 1/2 hour drive to wdw. this was a last minute trip so there's only been a few weeks of planning for it but my granddaughter is trying to memorize park maps and is reading a book on hidden mickeys. she thinks she's planned our whole trip so she's taking it seriously. for me what's been really bad is how obsessed we've acted since booking back in february. my sister and i booked an all adult all girls trip for the week after thanksgiving. we have like 110 days before we leave for that trip. we send emails to each other with anything from pics to quizes we make up etc... total obsession.

I'm so with you. From the moment we book our resort, I get nutty. Everytime our trip dates get near I lose total control. I can't focus, all I think and talk about is our trip. I start listening to our Disney theme songs C.D. Once we're in the single digit days, that's it, I'm lost case. My D.D. handles it way better than I.:sohappy:

When i got out of the shower this morning i was dancing and singing that it was single digit day. I am so ready for this trip. Sitting now with color on my hair (one more thing off the to do list), suitcase just came upstairs, lists are made and now all I need is for the 18th at noon to get here and i will officially be on vacation.

As others have said, it's completely normal around these parts. I'm getting worse everyday. I have to drive past our airport every weekday so I see the Southwest planes and it makes me worse. LOL I have 73 days and can't plan anymore so it's now the waiting. We're getting married in 32 days and I'm definitely more excited for WDW.
