I'm so sad

I don't pay a dime to Disney monthly. I paid in full for all 3 of my contracts and the only thing that limits where I vacation is my imagination. Are you bitter because you can't afford the monthly payment? If so you should defiantly not join. For a long time Disney Cast Members went above and beyond bowing down to a lot of entitled morans who still treated them like crap and took advantage of them and Disney's willingness to make the customer always right. By some of the posts I read here I can only imagine how some bitter nasty members of this board treat them. I think the OP went in looking for negatives and found them. Maybe there was a reason the CM weren't friendly to this DVC member.

First of all, you are not better than me because you have DVC and I choose not to. Second, you did not pay in full for your contracts, as you are required to pay maintenance, you did not prepay that for the length of your contract. Additionally, come off your high horse thinking you can afford it and I cannot, that comment only makes you look ignorant.

Let me know when your out of Disney Kool Aid, for a small fee they will get you some more.

it won't be a small fee...lol
And seriously...if we can't talk about our expeiences, what is the point of any of this...We all have dimensional lives...If something bad happens, Let's talk about it, it something amazing happens, lets talk about that too..l. If the product is slipping and no one will say anything, then we are just accepting a declining quality product... There are plenty of threads on this website that are all wonderful experiences...If you don't like people discussing what they see as real problems, then don't read this thread...don't post that everyone is wrong for having an opinion because it does not agree with yours...
And seriously if you only want to talk about how wonderful everything is, go on the official Disney blog...it's a 24/7 cheerleading camp.

Au contraire!:angelic: My DH and I were in Paris in 2013 (non-Disney trip) and we were told that you can earn lots of points with the French if you greet them first, especially in their language. We found them to be very friendly and helpful.
Oui, c'est vrai. Yes, it is true. It is poor form in France to be greeted by a shopkeeper and not return one. A simple bonjour is great. However, si vous parlez la langue, ils vont etre plus gentil. If you speak the language, they will be kinder.
