I'm in Mykonos!!

Hello Magic friends!!

I'm in Mykonos!! The cruise has been wonderful so far!! 12 day cruises are the way to go!

We found a cafe in Mykonos with wifi so we bought some cokes and ice cream and settled in for a few minutes.

I've put some pictures on Instagram on my account Tammywhiting and the Kingdom Konsultants account too.

The weather has been amazing. It was hot in Rome and Ephesus, but otherwise very comfortable. No rain at all and some of the calmest seas I've ever had.

My poor mom got sick the second day and after a couple of days was diagnosed with pneumonia. They almost made her stay in the hospital in Athens, but thankfully she's still onboard. She's sad she has missed so much, but she came off the ship in a wheelchair for a little while today. She'll be okay, it just takes time!

Otherwise, it's been amazing. I'm up to about 2500 pics with 4 days left onboard followed by 3 in London.

Poor Mom! My heart goes out to her! Hopefully the rest of the vaca will be so amazing the less-than-good parts will fade from memory. I can't wait for this TR! Be safe and enjoy the rest of your amazing European vacation!

So sorry for your mom. I've had pneumonia, and it takes a long time to fully recover.

The shore trips on the island look rather poor.

Did you have a free shuttle to the town form the ship?

If so was it easy? How often does it run?

Thank you for all the well wishes for my mom. She's a poster child for insurance. She's a very healthy person and this was out of the blue. She's getting more strength back all the time though! She still had fun overall!

It was a great great trip!

We didn't do an excursion. The shuttles were free and frequent. Super easy. Like a 5 minute ride. We just wandered the town and shops. We stopped in an amazing cafe on the water for wifi, views and ice cream. It was a gorgeous day. All of us agree it was one or our favorite ports.

Dd wanted to go to a beach, so when we got back onboard, she and I changed and walked to the beach near the ship for an hour. It was really great.
