Being told by source at Epcot tonight that a remnant of illuminations fell into the Fastpass Viewing area and started a small fire. Not much detail.
Geeze, hope no one was hurt....
Excuse me, sir... how much is it to stand in the "no fireworks debris" area?
Truth be known something similar happens almost nightly.
Exactly. I was bruised and burnt by a piece on the 35th from the tag. We’ve seen burning pieces land on the prom by Norway and were upwind that night. It happens.I have been hit 5 or 6 times when we went almost every week. I have also been hit at may other shows in many cities. You can't change wind.
I was going to say the same thing .Truth be known something similar happens almost nightly.
No. It all depends on wind direction. This can happen anywhere and is not exclusive the Epcot.Do they Have signage or warning on areas that is prone to pyro debris?
Maybe you can't change it, but you can... never mind...You can't change wind.
Someone in marketing dropped the ball on that one -- call it Goofy's Fireworks Mayhem Wiener Roast as part of DLR's "Extra-Special Limited Time Magic" promotion...a perfect opportunity for a "random act of upsell" by charging guests $24.95 for two wieners with buns, a Goofy-themed souvenir stick, and a paper plate.http://people.com/celebrity/disneyland-fire-at-its-a-small-world-video/
Ok it was a tree next to it. But shows it happens
