He won’t do succession…he won’t commit to anything - instead wanting to be begged to massage ego…he gets enamored with buying/building things that don’t pass the sniff test…he quit like a coward and left an idiot charge (just for his ego) and then had the board pull a puppet coup to come back.

None of that is a well run company.

The character of Mickey has (largely) suffered at his hands as his status of mascot of the company has decayed and is now replaced with essentially Baby Yoda, Iron Man and Elsa. The short films were cute and a breath of fresh air for Mickey but Iger (and the guy who was keeping his seat warm while he was in his pandemic bunker) hasn't done a major 2D project for Mickey like those before him. It's kinda sad to see how fair even Mickey Mouse has fallen.

I'll give you that one. It's a matter of cost and inter-company divisiveness. And it's on him to fix that.​

No. The CEO doesn't clean out the break room coffee filters, either. If the engineers can't figure it out, then they can't figure it out. Iger doesn't have a Fairy Godmother's wand to make it work.​
