Sounds great, but I'm not so sure about the stadium being built behind the haunted mansion. The ride building would be in the way unfortunately.

I've thought about that as well and I was thinking that the stadium could either be built further behind the ride building, or, it could go "over" the ride building creating a sort of second story that would then cascade down to the riverbanks providing sufficient top views of the river. (this would call for all of Frontierland to close early).

as for MGM's old Fantasmic theater....

Hollywood Hills Amphitheater Presents... - The huge open air stadium that used to hold Fantasmic! will now show special musical stage versions of various Disney classics. shows will be different every season and would be rotated in a 2 year cycle (unless required otherwise). shows include:

Fantasia: a musical odyssey - featuring a grand orchestra, the Fantasia show will make use of mist screens, lasers and fireworks to protray scenes and music from the classic disney movie.

Beauty and the Beast - based on both the broadway musical and the disney movie.

Hercules: The Legend Lives! -using complex puppetry and dazzling and colorful special effects as well as high-spirited music, Disney's Hercules is brought to life in this magnificent nighttime extravaganza.

Pocahontas - Disney's classic Romeo and Juliet story comes to bedazzling life in this "colorful" nighttime concert..

Peter Pan - J.M. Barrie's legendary play and Walt Disney's beloved masterpiece join forces for an imaginative retelling of the boy who never grew up.

Tarzan Rocks! - the late lamented AK show returns in full force as a brand new nighttime concert full of extreme stunt and stunning music.

wow I never seriously thought about that but the Dreamfinder WILL return, now that you mentioned it i'm sorry, I would've had it earlier but I unfortunately have never experienced the original dreamfinder .

I'm also putting in Flying Saucers in Tomorrowland.

i've been having this crazy imagineer's brainstorm all day today and have come up with a lot of ideas for the resort. i'd elaborate on all of them but I might end up boring you all so i've decided to let you guys decide which ones i'm gonna go into full detail about (and officially add to my WDW expansion dreams )

American Idol - a new interactive show at Disney-MGM Studios

Rainbow Mountain - the classic Disneyland ride to be revamped to fit into Frontierland.

Congo Expedition Adventure - Jungle Cruise with live animals at the Animal Kingdom.

Television Revolution - A new attraction at MGM that celebrates TV.

World of Transportation - A complete revamping of the Test Track building.

The Cat Returns - a new ride that takes you into the story of the Studio Ghibli Masterpiece. Located in Port Disney.

The Emperor and the Nighttingale - a musical for Animal kingdom. (based on a story I made based on the original fairy tale)

Yzma's Revenge - a high-speed thrill ride for Lost River Delta based on The Emperor's New Groove.

Walt Disney World's 50th - from the impressive new Walt Disney World Parade; the new Golden overlays for the 5 park icons; to the complete version of Kingdom of Dreams fireworks spectacular (featuring an emotional finale and the Walt Disney World in the sky sequence).

hey! sorry that there still aren't any sketches since my scanners is still busted.

I couldn't sleep so I decided to type in more new ideas...

MK

Fantasyland 2 - A huge facelift will come to Fantasyland which will do away with most of the land's currents buildings and icons. and install brand new rides as well as incorporate the "new" classics into the land which means films from both the Ghibli and Pixar studios will find themselves alongside some of the greatest Disney classics.

-Cinderella's Carousel will be given a new "glass" look with brand new fiber optics installed all over it. (there is a concept sketch of this located in the fantasyland drawing)

-Snow White's Scary Adventures will be demolished and re-built at the back of the land and housed inside a huge 70-foot tall castle similar to Disneyland's Sleeping Beauty Castle.

-The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh will also be demolished and be rebuilt as Tokyo's "Pooh's Hunny Hunt" also at the northern edge of the land surrounded by the new "Hundred Acre Wood" mini-land with matching "Hunny Tree Fliers" Swing ride.

-The old area where the two darkrides used to be will be turned into "Fairy Tale Village" which will be full of shops and a restaurant themed to Beauty and the Beast which feautures AA enchanted objects that come to life and entertain the guests. it would also feauture this attraction:

-Kiki's Delivery Service is a new dark ride that takes guests into the magical world of Hayao Miyazaki's movie about a Witch-in-training who runs a flying delivery service.

- The theater where Philharmagic is now will be demolished and turned into a Beauty and the Beast AA show.

- The Pinochio dark ride will be installed beside Pinochio's Village Haus.

-A new sub-land will be created right behind "Small World" and west of Snow White's Castle. The new land will be themed to an enchented Forest and will feature these attractions:

--Tinker Bell's Light Magic
--Bald Mountain
--Grandmother Willow's Grove
--Yubaba's Bathhouse - a dark ride based on Hayao Miyazaki's Academy Award Winning animated motion picture, Spirited Away.

--Storybook World- using trackless technology, this new dark ride takes guests on hunt for the Big Bad Wolf as he causes havoc among the many citizens of Storybookland.

-A new area, Fantasy Fair, will be built east of Fantasyland and will takeover the old Toontown Fair area. the centerpiece of the area will be an elevated and expanded "Dumbo" ride. the attractions here are:

--Monsters Inc. Theater - a new AA/4-D show that has the Monsters from the acclaimed Pixar movie holding a sort of laugh-a-thon presentation which is secretly a new power plant that uses guest's applause and laughter to generate power.

--Mickey's Fun House - another dark ride. this time based on the Silly Symphony cartoons of the past.

-Wonderland is also a new mini-land that will be themed to Alice in Wonderland and be located northeast of Fantasyland in between Fantasy fair and The Hundred Acre Wood. th attractions include:

--Mad Hatter's MAd Tea Party
--Alice's Curious Labyrinth
--Alice In Wonderland dark ride

I've got ideas for the Monsters Inc. show!

The audience is explained (in a preshow) that Laughs generate the power, so the more the laugh, the better.
During one point, a very stupid "joke" is told (one that no one will laugh at) and the "Power Meter" drops to ZERO. The theatre goes dark and everyone screams. Mike or one of the monsters then tells the audience "DON'T SCREAM! WE NEED LAUGHS, NOT SCREAMS! COME ON LAUGH!". So then, one everyone laughs, the Power Meter increases and the lights slowly come back on.

That's a great idea WannabeWalt! I also decided to add in some "something went wrong" scenarios to the Monsters Inc. Show where people instead get scared and the villain (who inexplicably escapes from prison and hires a bunch of lawyers) will pop up and say "there you have proof that screams are still more effective!".


here's the recap of the new Frontierland:

Frontierland 2 - while most of the current buildings and attractions would stay in place, Frontierland will be the most heavily expanded land in all of MK where it will receive 3 new E-ticket rides as well as a plethora of minor attractions. This expansion would also call for a direct connection with Fantasyland. expansion of both lands would result in having the castle as the true center of the entire park.

--Little Patch of Heaven Farm - An area between splash mountain and big thunder mountain, this mini-land is themed to a farm.

-Home on the Range: a Moo-sical - A musical AA and puppet show featuring characters from the disney movie.

-Chanticleer Dark Ride - a dark ride based on the greatest disney animated movie never made, Chanticleer takes guests into the world of the rooster who thinks he is the reason the sun rises.

-Woody's Round-Up Puppet Show - A Puppet show based on Woody and friends.

-The Wild Wild West Play Area

--Thunder Mesa - As already explained and illustrated in the earlier pages, Thunder Mesa is themed to a mining town in the wild frontier.

-Geyser Mountain - a free fall ride where guests find themselves trapped in the bowels of a formerly extinct geyser.

-Western River Expedition - a Pirates style flume ride which features Indians of the Wild West.

--Jamestown - an area themed to Pocahontas.

-Rainbow Mountain - based on the classic Disneyland train ride, Rainbow Mountain will be a train version of Jungle Cruise featuring AA animals of North America (look for cameos of characters from Pocahontas and Brother Bear).

-The Sailing Ship Columbia - docked in the harbour by the rivers of America is an exact full-scale replica of the saem ship from Disneyland which doubles as a walk through.

-Colors of The Wind Storytellers - using special effects, Native American Indians tell legends and folktales.

-Grandmother Willow's Grove - this area would be so that it would be part of both Fantasyland and Frontierland.

-Bambi darkride

-Brother Bear play area

--Fantasmic! - I checked out an aerial shot of MK and I found out that there is enough room between HM's ride building and the river to build a stadium for the new show.


that's Frontierland, i'll be recapping the additions to Adventureland, Tomorrowland and the new Winterland and Toontown later on.

meanwhile, I've decided to create a new interactive stage show/singign competition at MGM based on "American Idol" where actual guests are the stars (more details later) and would tie in with Rock n' Rollercoaster for a Muisc themed land.

Here's a recap/re-do of what happens to Adventureland:

Adventureland 2 - While from the outset, Adventureland will look quite similar to the way it is except there has been major alterations and changes within.

Jungle Expedition - The Jungle Cruise will receive a striking new enhancement as it becomes 2 rides in one. The Jungle River Cruise and The Jungle Jeep Exploration Safari. Run by 2 rival brothers, guests must choose between two different ways to see the jungle either by boat or by jeep. Throughout the way, the brothers will take turns insulting each other and each other's vehicle as they cross each other.

But all the bickering stops when a group of poachers/ illegal loggers threaten the group of the Jungle Cruise and it is now up to the group in the Jeep to rescue them.

Fire Mountain - A new morphing roller coaster where a group of scientists are caught within the bowels of an erupting Volcano

The Carribean Port - A new area by the border of Frontierland and Adventureland themed to a carribean port and features the following dark ride:
Muppet Treasure Island[/b] - A dark ride based on the old muppet movie where Kermit and co. spoof the classic story.

Activity

I just had an Idea for a little interactive activity in MK. On tom sawyer Island the cast members, who drive the rafts, sometimes tell the children that tom Left paint brushes on the island and if you find one bring it back a you get a prise.
THis is a great activity that gets the kids all excited and searching everywhere. My Idea is for a nightly search. Tom sawyer Island's caves should be expanded into large caverns and have a treasure hunt added where families can sign up for the adventure that begins when it starts to get Dark. THe Hunt will begin with a story telling of Injun Joe and the Buried treasure. The story teller will then let the children off into the Expanded caverns and caves to find the treasure. The treasure will be hidden in different places every night. This will get alot of people interacting together with castmembers all over the island giving out clues and such.
Just a Idea that will not only creat an activity, but will also result in an expansion of my favorite island in Disney World. It was inspired by Disney's "Tom and Huck" film.

-this newly refurbished pavillion will feature a powerful new interior as you see the world largest cell at work. The new pavillion features a gigantic "electro ball" that acts as the nucleus of this huge cell. As well as whole slew of new attractions including the new "clone factory" thrill ride and an updated "Body Wars".

The World Wide Web Pavillion at EPCOT Center

otherwise known as The Internet pavillion, The WWW Pavillion features a gigantic screen that lets guests see the different television networks from around the world. there is also the "Sage of Knowledge" who possesses the answers to all of your questions about the living world. There is also the "Firewall" ride that lets guests battle computer viruses and spyware. But beware for all over the pavillion are little robots known as "Pop-Ups" that may appear cute but are annoying as heck.

A brand new semi-annual event that lets the parks celebrate the universal language. The whole resort will be filled with special events and shows never to be found anywhere else.

Magical Melodies at The Magic Kingdom

-The Magic Kingdom comes alive in this spectacular event as all the cast members, as well as some guests turn the park into a living musical showcasing tunes from Disney's most beloved classics.
-This is a real treat as cast members and many of the usual meet and greets would suddenly break into song and dance as if you really were in a musical.
-There will be special overlays for The Enchanted Tikki Room as well as a special Elvis Pressley Tribute by Stitch and the Starliners.
-There will also be a temporary fireworks show that showcases classical music.

Rhythms of the World at EPCOT

-While the "Rhythms of the World" stage show is conducted daily at EPCOT, everytime the Festival of Music rolls around, the concept is expanded as musicians performers from all over the world would be scattered all throughout the park making the whole of EPCOT come alive.
-World Musical Showcase, everynight, popular singers from across the globe would perform a concert on the Fountain of Nations stage where the waters would dance accordingly to their tunes.

Disney-MGM Studios: The Musical at The Disney-MGM Studios

-Similar to MK with even more streetmosphere performers suddenly breaking into songs both from the movies as well as original songs based on daily activities!
-Seasonal musical favorites like Minnie's Rock Around The Mouse and American Ido: Be the Superstar return during the festival.
-The Hollywood Hills Amphitheater would be the location of a new live version of Fantasia featuring, performers, fireworks and a real live orchestra conducted by mickey mouse.

Rockin' the Jungle at Disney's Animal Kingdom

-Various well known national performers and rock bands would be staged all over the park providing music to all park goers.
-The Enchanted Tikki Room makes a surprise appearance at The Amazon theater.
-Blazing Rhythms, the nighttime spectacular, returns.

Oceans of Music at Port Disney

-The Muses (from Hercules) rule Port Disney during this musical celebration. As they take over the park and bring forth the magic of music.
-Orchestras from around the world are invited to perform as well as many celtic signers and Opera legends perform.
-DisneySea Symphony will be a water ballet staged in meditterranean harbour.
-Special Musical shows will be staged by Sebastian and the Genie at the border of Mermaid Lagoon and Arabian Coast.

-This celebration comes every couple of years whenever 5 *big* new attractions come to the 5 parks.

Magic Kingdom
~**Kingdom of Dreams**~ The Complete Version
-The complete version of the Kingdom of Dreams fireworks show will greatly expand on the original.
-This time, the Wishes theme will be greatly subdued and be over-taken by the SpectroMagic theme.
-The show will be narrated by Jiminnie Cricket as opposed to the original with Cinderella.
-The "Walt Disney World in the sky" segment is now incorporated which highlights the magic of each of the 5 theme parks. (The EPCOT segment has the reproduction of the entire World Showcase lagoon around the hub with Spaceship Earth hovering high above)
-The Little Mermaid underwater segment will remain as part of the Port Disney segment.
-Tinkerbell will come soaring through mainstreet USA from the train station.
-The new effects will include the "great wall of fireworks" (used heavily for the finale); "The falling stars" (used for the Twilight Zone sequence); "the star field" (used for the Tinkerbell's Light Magic sequence where fireworks go off above and around both the hub and mainstreet).
-The Cinderellabration arches will also be used only this time, they will be joined by brand new fiber optic lights installed on mainstreet.
-The Hub water screens and fountains will be used at various points but not as heavily as in the original KoD's.

~**The Leave a Legacy Gardens**~
-EPCOT will receive a brand new entrance facade and plaza that incorporates the art deco stylings as well as the mixture of the futuristic and the exotic. blending in traditional cultural designs from all over the world with the sleek and innovative making for an other-worldly over-all theme that truly sets EPCOT apart from her sister parks.
-The new garden will incorporate thousands upon thousands of rare and exotic flowers and plants as well as richly themed trees and topiary.
-All over the entrance plaza/garden would be AA performers and giant monolithic robots that act as the "guardians" of the Experimental Prototype City Of Tomorrow.
-The Leave A Legacy structures will be taken down and replaced by beautiful Crystal statues that are formed via crystal mosaics of pictures of guests.
-The center of the plaza will be a huge fountain/pond where in the center lies a crystal statue of Walt Disney.
-Above the center of the plaza will be a gigantic spinning fiberglass "roof" in which written in a new language is the original dedication of EPCOT center, spinning.

Disney-MGM Studios
~**American Idol: Be The Superstar**~
-A grand new seasonal attraction where guests can live out their dreams of becoming the next singing sensation
-guests can either participate as the voting audience or the singing contestants
-every week would be a grand finale where the "Idol" will be crowned and given a chance to record their own demo CD; get a week long vacation on the Disney Cruise Line; -OR- be reserved a spot to audition in front of the actual American Idol judges and be on the 'real' American Idol show.
-every week there would be actual celebrity guest judges.
-If you're lucky enough, Disney execs would pick you up for a really for real record deal.

Disney's Animal Kingdom
~**Festival of the Seasons Parade**~
-An amazing new daytime/nighttime parade that incorporates the animals and colors of the 4 seasons.
-The nighttime version will be full of dazzling lights and accompanied by a fantastic "Leaf-color-changing" Tree of Life.
-The Winter Goddess will be accompanied by a small army of puppet/AA winter creatures.
-The Spring Goddess will revolve around birds and have "kites" flying overhead.
-The Summer Goddess will have Lions and Tigers and other cunning wild cats as her guards.
-The Fall Goddess will have Dinosaurs in her caravan.

Port Disney
~**The Enchanted Beast**~
-an Amazing new broadway musical show that expands on the story of Beauty and the Beast and puts a sort of "Phantom of the Opera" twist in it.
-Maleficent becomes the villain of the story; Belle is an actress starring in a play.
-The Beast will be a huge, complex and innovative AA.
-The theater in which this is held will be designed to look like a famed new york opera house.
-The costumes for the show will be extremely elaborate tot he point that Belle's gown will have really for real diamonds.
-The story will be a little bit darker than the original Beauty and the BEast animated feature.
-The main theater will "transform" at one point during the show.
