Hey! I got a picture of the front of the Aquatopia building! But, it's in the Chit Chat section.:o It's in the "Expirement" thread. I don't know how to get the image onto here. Go check it out anyway.:D

I vote for the Fantasia Dark ride

About the castle..... I said the entrance would be in the castle but the ride would be in a show building off to the side hidden by trees and hills and such

I would rather have a ride than a walkthroughs because it would be different then the other castles why make it like all the other ones that's not very imaginative

If you don't know what AGV is is is the technology they use on the Tokyo Pooh ride, just look that up and you will see how cool we could make a beauty and the beast dark ride.....

I hadn't even thought about having the B&B ride in a seperate show building. That would work great. That way, there could also be something else in the Castle as well. That only brings around one problem. Would having 6 dark rides be too many for Fantasyland? I am also assuming that there will be a Buzz dark ride in Tomorrowland and possibly another in Toontown, if we choose to have that land as part of the park, which would give the park even more dark rides. My initial responce would be to scrap Toad since it is the franchise with the least marketing possibilities. Any thoughts on this?

Well, if we go with AGV (Autonomously Guided Vehicles) we can really make it at-least seem different than the other dark rides, and no even up-wards of 8 would not be too many there would be lot's of little things would could do to make them very different so it does not seem like a bunch of your typical dark rides.

As far as toad, if you want to knock it out of the dark ride category what if you made it like a kiddie steel wild-mouse coaster indoors, it could use a relatively slow boost after you round the corner from the loading area in toad manor from like 0-25 and then holding around 15-20 the rest of the ride, I say wild mouse cause of the way the under-platform makes the car's lean on the turns, you could keep the same car design and the same scenery and storyline just make it for a little bit more "wild" and for the slightly bigger kinds in Fantasyland.

*(not sure about those speeds I was trying to make it around the speed of the Barnstormer)

The Mr. Toad idea sounds good. That would give the land both a little more variety and thrills at the same time.

The only thing I'm a little concerned with the B&B AGV ride is where would the show building go. At first I thought the entrance could be inside the castle, the queue takes you under the castle where you board your car and the actual ride would be bellow the showbuilding for Snow White. Would that be enough space for the attraction or would the building need to be larger? My current plan for the ride includes 4 basic scenes:

1) Enchanted Hallway
2) "Be Our Guest"
3) The West Wing
4) The Ballroom

Here is atleast what I was thinking of

Well, I picked the title of Creative Consultant purposely so I would not have to devote that much time as I have lot's of other stuff going on, so I was just going to bounce between lands and help you guys refine your ideas or add onto them. However if it is necessary I can pick up any land that is needed.......

As far as the second attraction in the castle I think someone mentioned a 3-d show, perhaps it could be like in Bell's Library and the show would be an interactive trip through the greatest stories and tales of all time.....just a thought

I will design Adventureland and Frontierland! Unless I can only do one or someone has picked one of those! They will be awesome! I like the B&B Castle Idea!

Cool Wannabe Walt!:sohappy: I doubt anyone is going to do Adventureland and Frontierland, so you can do both if you like! I seems like Meeko_33785, Figment Dream, me, and you are the only ones going to do this ( but other people are still welcome ). Since you're doing 2 lands, why don't we all do 2 lands. I'll continue to do Tomorrowland and I'll also do Toon Town. Meeko_33785 Can continue to do Fantaseyland and can also do Main Street USA. We all can put our heads together and create one whole new land. What do you think? :)

Sounds good to me. If anyone else wants to join, they're welcome to, but I supose they will have to either work with one of us on the land or work on a new one. I would also like to say just bacause you are doing one land, does not mean you cannot submit ideas for another land or give ideas on how to make rides better. Keep in mind the lands you picked are just your main focus; we want everyone to have say over what goes on in the entire park.

As far as the Belle's Library idea, I actually had a similar thought for the Castle, but insteed of a 3D film, it was a series of interactive exhibits and a character greeting location. The concept needs work, but I think a 3D movie may be too much, especially considering that HISTA is on the drawing board for Tomorrowland.

Good, point I should really look over that list again, I had forgotten that was on there and I also had some comments too make I'll get to that later tonight if possible

by interactive exhibits do you mean like a walkthrough?

If so I think it would be cool if instead of the 3-D movie the library was like a gateway to a an interactive walkthough through these storybook worlds leading to a character greet at the end like you said......

Is that like what you were thinking of?

Here's the deal with Buzz Lightyears Astro Blasters:

The cars will be rockett ship shaped AGVs and the blasters will not be fixed onto the ship like Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin. They will have wires on them so you can move them more and fire at targets. You can still control the spin on the viecles. Although they're moving around freely without the help of a track.

Some aliens pop up and fire laser rays at you. If they get you, you spin out of control. If you get them, you get 300 points and the alien gets balsted away in a puff of smoke. Then at the end, you and the other people in the other viecles have to Blast Zurg in his evil space ship that has many arms on it and laser cannons. You have to keep fireing at him until you defeat him.

At the end, Buzz himself tells you what score you got and what ranking you get.

What do you think?:D

Actually I really like that nice work

Question would this be in one room or a series of rooms?

And how much motion would be allowed I don't think we really want to make the motion too similar to the B&B ride, even though this is interactive.

As for the rest of your tommorowland attractions

Aquatopia really needs an actual storyline and some better theming and I think the basic function of the ride should be essentially an eggscrambler on water that changes spinning patterns as it goes with a few more complex patterns mixed in

Thanks Figment Dream!:sohappy: The Buzz Lightyear ride will be in a series of rooms like the one in WDW. They'll move around like the Hunny Pots in Pooh's Hunny Hunt in TDL, but the spinning will make the top half of your space ship ( seats and decoration parts ) spin. For Aquatopia, think of it as an Autopia in water except you can't control the way your boat moves. The themeing will be better though. I can't think of a very good story line for it.

I like the idea, but it seems a tad redundant with Storybookland in the park. Personally, I think Storybookland would pull of the concept much more effectivly that a walk-through attraction. I would still like something in the Castle, but I don't think this is quite it.

Here is the current list of Fantsyland attractions:
Beauty and the Beast Dark Ride
Peter Pan Flight
Snow White's Adventure
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride Wild Mouse Coaster
Dumbo, the Flying Elephant
Mad Tea Party
Cinderella's Golden Carousell
It's A Small World
Storybookland Cannal Boats
Casey Junior Circus Train

Great ideas!:sohappy: I've got a suggestion even though I'm not the Creative Consultant. For the Mr. Toad ride, how about a kiddie EMV ride? It could be for the Elementary School crowd that can't handle the bigger EMV rides ( if we make some. ). It won't have as much movement, but still fun. Just my idea.:)
