They're not talking about *cold*, like -18C. They're talking about *cool*.. like 0C.

Beggars can't be choosers. There is nowhere on earth that fluctuates between 75 and 30 degrees Fahrenheit. Nowhere.
See, this is where it becomes clear that you have never witnessed a Canadian winter, ahahha.
The girls still wear shirts as dresses to the pub in the snow. Of course, the ones that do are highly questionable in taste and other matters, but it still happens. Cold DOES NOT equal more clothes.
I do, however, agree that hot equals less clothes..
Definitely not a bad thing. So pumped that I'm to be able to wear shorts in May. And skirts... without leggings/tights/you guys jumping all ova me.
