RDA tomorrow morning I get my bed all to myself, which means a good sleep :snore: I will not see Cam until Easter

My day? Highly stressful, but all is well, now.
My Uncle had a tumor removed from his colon this morning, so my mind wasn't in school at all. It was with my Dad and Uncle who were at the Hospital. But, he had the thing removed, and is ok now, and expected to make a full recovery. They got the whole thing, too. So...Happy day. Could have been a lot different.

Nope, it was malignant, they found it a few weeks ago, and it needed to come out. And it did. And that's that.So, Microbiology test... It went more than well, actually. There's my daily euphoria there.

I don't know what those French words are, but my tooth is getting by.
And home made Beer, Luke?!
Yeah. It's pretty good. We started bottling some today and tasted it, even though it's flat (it ferments more/carbonates in the bottles), and it really wasn't that bad. My friends are pretty well versed in brewing. They've made a lot of beers (some good, some ty), and I have a feeling these will be nice.
We decided to let some ferment more to make it, as my friend said, "more boozy." Nice :lol: To the more boozy beer we added, get this, coconut butter, lemon, lime, and cayenne pepper. I'm really excited to try it. We decided to go with a slightly Mexican theme because the brew kit said it would be a, spelling error included, "Mexicain" beer.
The stuff we bottled today is called Chico. The stuff we're bottling later is called Bandito. I'm so excited to try it!
After we bottled, we made some food and then took the leftover yeast residue and attempted to make a beer bread. It was... weird.
I hope everyone else had an interesting evening! :lol:
