I passed!!!!!!!!!

Most of you probably won't care, but today I passed my comprehensive exams for my PhD program! I have been waiting 19 days now to hear the results. If I hadn't passed I would have had one more chance to take them or get booted out of the program.

This is sooooo WDW related for 2 reasons. 1: My reward is that I get an iPhone, which will make our trip to Disney so much more fun this year! Yeah for Disney apps! and 2: Now our November trip can really be a celebration. I can have a stress-free relaxed trip to Disney. :sohappy:

Well...technically there's that whole matter of a dissertation standing between me and doctor. So for now it's just doctoral candidate. :lol:

Congrats! My husband says, "Curse you", but only because he has to take his exams the week after we get back from Disney this Thanksgiving. He is afraid he won't be able to relax and enjoy himself while we are there. I am sure he will be fine - WDW does that to you. It is just like going home....

CONGRATULATIONS to you ! No Terminal Masters! You DESERVE to celebrate, Cumes are the first MAJOR stress point of a PhD program. Now go have a good time - about 2 more years (?)... DISSERTATION . Ohhhhhh - that little room you wait in while your profs talk.... You'll make it - if they will give a PhD to a maniac like me? You are getting yours for sure .

What is your PhD in, Trotsky? Dare I guess Russian literature? :animwink:
